Small and tedious up grades go a long way it looks great. Would love to see some new style level tow mirrors paint matched red with chrome caps I think would be sweet.
That 2k clear coat will give you a lot of orange peel regardless of what you do. I just painted my textured plastic bumper cover on my 11th gen F-150 and the orange peel was horrendous. You need to wet sand and buff for it to look like perfect
A tip to not have as much orange peel is to leave the spray can in hot water before you paint. Be sure you don’t have water in the can with a few sprays also before you paint

Lay thick layers of clear and u have to wet sand easily on it I’d start with 1000 grit and go up to 1500 grit but be real easy with it or you will sand through the clear coat but u just sand it smooth and buff it out and it will get u the results u are asking for brother I’ve done it a bunch with the spray can’t and 2k clear and it can come out looking just like u professionally done it
Been watching you for a minute because I've been wanting to get a truck so bad. It will be my first truck and the cateye is what I want. What should I look for when buying a cateye? Don't know if I need a diesel but they def look great.
I would be scared to run those tires on them wheels . Need bigger tires to protect them wheels . But I’m a ford guy and I really enjoy your channel. Just put at least a 6 inch lift on this or the f150 please 🙏🏿

I had a bed cover, intake, and got a bullydog tuner and in eco tune I got around 20 mpg, stock I think 13-15 is a good mpg, but most people are getting 10-12 out of them which also isn’t terrible. My cateye now with a fully built motor and trans gets around 10 on 10” of lift and 14 wides

For starters the harbor freight kits are really good. Just make sure you have a good air compressor
Make sure to wear a respirator when using that 2K clear man. I had back pain for 2 weeks after breathing that in with out PPE

You need to buff and cut that paint, clear coat from a can doesn't do even pray but you would still need to do it with a professional spray gun.

Hear me out… do the same chrome handle/colormatch combo on the tailgate
Get a chrome window strip will look so good
800-1000 grit sandpaper after primer. Then the same thing after paint before clear. Will look like glass!
Try to lay down slightly thicker coats on your paint and it will be smoother
I use spray paint and it looks like a mirror lol. Did you use clear
Now Paint match the bumper and leave the chrome and 15+ mirrors like the other duramax you had but color matched and do the bow tie
