Hi! So I managed to forget my Google account details, have been trying to sort it out for ages with my phone provider/Google. Google's response was that I had to keep trying, they have data protection policies in place and they couldn't help me, so for quite some time I was paying for a phone I wasn't able to use... until I came across this video. Thank You so much for your hard work figuring this one out!

Absolutely love your videos once I see the process works I usually go online and get the written results as you click so fast through those screens that you don't have a chance to pause your videos and see what your clicking on please slow down a little bit
you can also disable the setup wizard and change your default home app to the pixel luancher from settings makes it way easier and faster
13th Jan 2021, unfortunately I couldn't get this to work on a Pixel 5. Fortunately managed to get the previous screen lock for my phone and the factory reset instructions at the end were a big help. I got lost about the 4 minute mark where you are trying to get into SMS message options.
As an administrator of a Fleet of 80 Pixel devices and users that return them with FRP turned on, this is a life saver. Thanks for this!

i have been holding this phone for 4yrs drunk guy at the g train on metropolitan i was in the process of changing cribs n i have taken it literally every where im saying word every wheeere know knew shit or could figure anything about the phone out information wise connecting to a network providers foot print to get service let alone crack it its in my opinion its gotta be a awesome device i dont know many people that have it and if so i dont think they know the capabilites of the device im joining the team and hope to gain knowledge an welth with your shared knowledge its funny right lotta taps n clicks gotta love it

You're a god. It didn't work 100% with this method but this method plus other methods helped me brute force my way through android! Thank you for saving me a crap ton of money on a new pixel!
Woww. It works pretty well. Just a quick update and advice... If you try all steps until the step that you have to lauch Google Assistant for the first time, it might not launch the "Open settings" command. So, to continue dissabling the apps next this step, just repeat the fisrts steps until you open the settings app manually and continue with the video until the end. This happend to me, I did it and works like if I follow all the steps from the video. (Works on my Google Pixel 2 w/ Android 12).

Or, just say “openING settings” instead of “open settings”. Works the same, but wayyyy easier.

@@SetZek I just used this to unlock my Google Pixel 4a. In the messaging app go to the notification settings (Поставке) and tap the app icon. The search bar is in the top right on this screen. Everything else should work the same except the accessibility menu may be a person on the bottom right, you may need to swipe up the bottom with 2 fingers.
This doesn't work for Pixel 3a.

@@domillete it was honestly a fluke I was clicking randomly at everything after one of the steps looked different for me but some how I manage to reset the phone
Thank you so much. I was using pixel 4xl when I checked the version it said R? And had a message pop up as android developer preview, don’t know what that’s about. Some of the settings were different and it was herd to figure it out in a different language but I eventually got it. I put it on half speed and you sounded drunk af especially when your all “this is so cool check that a out” and when you said “now we’re in the awesomeness”😂🤣 thanks a bunch this was the only bypass that worked

Thanks for this great tutorial. I did have some issues with the first section, but once I realised what you were trying to achieve. I found an alternative way to access system applications and then followed the rest of the tutorial. Also I managed to bypass the need to change language and stay in English, which helped a lot.

3:58 I do not get the SMS Message option. Can not go further. Using Pixel 4
It won't let me get past sending a message, I sideloaded Android 11 on a Pixel 2 and it's running fine - it just won't let me send an SMS to continue the FRP bypass.
Loved that. It was totally different to the usual rubbish on YT. Can I use this on Moto G phones? When I get to the UA-cam video page I normally get locked out using other videos.

Sitting here May 6th 2021. Able to use this method, with a little tweaking since the menus on messages didn't lead exactly to the same places, on a Pixel 4a with the March 2021 security patch for Android 11.

Hey I've gone through the process a few times, but as soon as I get to the final step of htting the accessibility dude and hitting assistant to get the settings button, when I enable google play services and hit back my lock icon comes back in the top left corner. It's a Pixel 4 with latest android updates. Any suggestions?

Great tutorial, but I’m running into an issue. Once I finally get past everything after re enabling play services, the lock reappears. Then I’m told that I’m “Not Signed in”, and forced back to the beginning of setup. Any ideas??
Edit: Fixed it by adding a 1234 password in settings, then resetting again through settings. When it asks me again for my password, it lets me through with “1234”.

lock came back up on screen for me. cant re-enable app with assistant. pops up and disappears just as fast. i followed everything down to the letter. its an OG pixel running android 10. what i am doing wrong?

Wow! If this works you have saved my ass. I factory reset during Android 12 preview install.b getting pin entry that keeps looping to restore from a saved backup.n never get the option to enter goggle account. I can't get ADB tools to unlock, flash or sideload. I hope this still works.

At 3:50 it was the 3rd option for me. At 3:55 it was the 6th option. Then at 3:58 I didn't have "NOAPA3..". Google Pixel 4a

At the step where google assistant is supposed to be used, it says I dont have the late google and I have to update leaving me stuck halfway through the process with no way to go forward or back

Hi. My Pixel 2 shows “Just a sec” and not “Checking for updates”. After few tries, the “Just a sec” crashes and goes back to choosing wifi. The “Don’t Copy” screen does not show up. Any ideas/thoughts please?

got to the part of clicking the globe or world and on the google pixel 2pw2100 i have, there is no option underneath the languages you can change between that allows me to go any further.. HELPPPPP

Pixel 5 tried today: you are changing from English to Serbian, then Azerbaijani, then selecting the Messaging app as default for SMS. It looks like latest update has removed the ability to select SMS app as default. Tried a few different languages now. I’ll keep at it... 😝 My next step is to maybe sideload a 2nd SMS app and see if that triggers a new option.......... anyone have any other ideas?

Hi Root Junky, I am currently having a problem I was hoping you could lend your expertise in. I recently purchased an galaxy s6 used from eBay and upon opening found out it was “Samsung account locked” “ due to a abnormal factory reset” I was wondering if there was a way to bypass this lock on the latest android nougat 7.0 version as I already put money into the phone and the seller hasn’t contacted me back in months. I’ve searched everywhere but there hasn’t seem to be a solution to my specific case if you could help that would be great, thanks.
