Whoever get's stuck at @7:34: I did get stuck there too. That PIN request never came up for me and therefore I never got the "skip" option at the next screen. But I was able to set the PIN in the steps before that. What helped me, was get into the boot menu and reset back to factory settings once again. To access the menu: Turn off your phone -> hold volume down button for few seconds -> while holding volume down power up your phone -> pick in the next screen "recovery mode" and confirm with power button -> the phone will reboot showing a laying down droid with "No command" -> now press volume down and power button together -> choose "wipe data/factory reset" -> wait for it to be done -> select "reboot system now". Then follow the instructions in this video again. The PIN appeared to me @7:34 then. Good luck!

I can confirm that this method up to the 7:34 mark, then reboot to bootloader, then recovery mode and wipe device will actually produce the request for the PIN you just set. Once you get past that there is still a lock on the top left but you can then skip the Google account login screen. Then the lock is gone. Done deal!

working for me too, but I have few phones where there is old version of you tube and it shows the message to update .and again for update you need to sign in, can you have any catch in this particular scenario.
