I wish there was an exercise tool with vocal exercises that didn't make much noise but still has the same benefits. I am aware about the sovt exercises , but so far only the straw I find is the quieter, but I feel I cant do it right or I don't understand how it is supposed to feel, meanwhile the lip trills, the "ng"etc. help me feel the " right" sensations but are loud. Singing/practicing singing is very cathartic to me, but also very vulnerable. Many times I found myself wanting to do vocal exercises but didn't because every time, everywhere , I am sourounded by people or even when I can finally be alone in my bedroom, the rest of the house can still hear me. And when Ifinally have the courage to sing and do the exercises and all , someone comes and tell me either to stop or to be quieter. And then I stop entirely because I was embarrassed and my ego was hurt and I don't practice for weeks. I love Tina's videos, I found them one of the most informative on UA-cam ( and in real life), because I found her teaching method very practical and she explains what to do and why, and I would love to hear her opinion about straw exercises or something else that can help with sounding quieter while singing/practicing singing
