I've seen Alela twice (first July 2011 when she was touring with her father, husband, etc. as the band Wild Divine opening for Fleet Foxes and second during Siren Nation Fest at the Alberta Rose Theatre in Portland this past Friday nite.) It was the most emotionally moving experience I've ever had at a concert. She bled out her sorrows on stage and I had tears in my eyes. I felt her pain.

Cohen passed away but i'm glad that i found this wonderful woman.
