Actually Greek coffee is much more finely ground than Turkish style coffee. Greek coffee has more foam than Turkish coffee. Greek coffee is made in a Briki and not a Cevze that Turks use. Turks consume way more tea than Coffee while Greeks have a very strong Coffee culture (see Greek Frappe, Fredo Espresso and Fredo Cappuccino that is popular in the country). Greeks don’t use cardamom or spices in Greek coffee while Turks use those in their Turkish Coffee….
