Jason, fantastically relatable playacting, as always. For me, especially what you say at 0:42 seconds in about NOT looking a frequent flyer in the eye. I have 2 scenarios to share with the group. I discovered fairly quickly when people at large discovered I was a Worker's Compensation Ajudicator IV aka an Industrial or On-the-Job Injury Claim Manager I'd get stopped in the Grocery, at the YMCA, park or any other outting venue I'd be asked questions about how their claims manager was managing there claim or questions about their medical cover, possible disability, on the job training etc etc etc. Questions I couldn't and shouldn't answer on the fly. The Second also applies to never looking "them" in the eye is this...with times being very hard and stressors are bubbling up in different stages of meltdown, I find myself having to file anti-harassment restraining orders against more than couple of my neighbors who live in my building. It's a rent controlled building designed to assist people who've had a drastic cut in income. I qualified when my medical insurance and permanent partial disability pay exhausted. I contracted invasive aggressive ductal carcinoma, an aggressive form of breast cancer when I was only 36 and my son was 12 years old. In order to take care of us. In any case, These places are a Blessing, but difficult to get into. Nearly 75% of my neighbors have substance abuse issues, or mental health needs that range from manageable to extreme psychosis (few of these). Many are delusional and it's not easy to avoid their fippin crazy side. This is where you comment comes in to play. I might get caught off guard getting in or out of the elevator and find I'm being screamed at. Or they allow their dogs to run off leash in the bldg. I never do, I've taken to moving my dog to the back corner of the car with my body and my shopping cart as a barrier. Their dogs will run in and attack my dog, and she will defend herself. My mobility is not so smooth but I reach down and grab my distressed pup while there's is still aggressive, THEN the next time I see them they tell me my dog bit theirs. The next morning after one such encounter there's a sudden fist pounding on my door at 5:30 AM I put my dog in my bathroom and then cracked my door. Someone violently dingdong ditched my door. A few minutes later I hear my name being shouted from the park across the street! "Hey, Toni! How do you like You're wakeup call? ! Great huh?". It was my neighbor's voice, the one with the attacking dog. She knows I have physical health issues and am unable to move around so easily or quickly. She also knows I have PTSD. Harassment. This pack of neighbors all know each other. Anyway, I digress. I don't expect you to reply but I'm working out what to put in my request for Court protection until I can get out of here. Thanks, Jason. Just knowing there are experts out here in the world to rescue our assesses gives me comfort. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I’m not sure if this is good or bad but I nailed every question. Though I thought everyone knew no firefighter will ever ask for a discount. In fact if it is offered in a service based- industry, like your local diner or coffee shop, more often than not the response won’t be what you’d expect. My godfather while always grateful felt quite strongly that he didn’t deserve extra credit for doing his job. To ‘rebel’, he’d simply leave far too much. 💯😂 He was far from the only one who would find a way to repay any kindness. Including getting up early to shovel your elderly neighbors. As long as it goes back to the community they can get quite territorial about. Don’t clog up their favorite pizza joint if you serve three towns over. That’s a problem. 💯🚨

After just 5 videos I’m certain I’ll never regret subscribing to you
Thank you for my service is still 4.75 off my movie tickets.
Your videos are awesome man, you’ve just got that good energy.
You remind me of a really awesome coworker I had
I went to emt school and I never mentioned any of my family members that were firefighters to the instructors or anything like halfway through figured out my dad was best friends with the director of the school in highschool and my uncle grew up with my teacher lol
All were spot on but the frequent flyer one was perfect
I love your videos so much you always make me laugh! You make me want to be a cop
So relatable. Especially the last one.
The few places that do offer "discounts" actually increase the price...
On the discount one. Always ask. At my work we had it along with military, police, senior, etc. But we weren't allowed to offer it to the customer. They had to ask. So people like me don't even know they have/had it.
You should always ask for your discount once. Not everyone is gonna just give it to you. Just don't demand one, it's a fine line.
Thank you for service in our state and regional area.
This fella should be in the movies😂😂!!
Definitely getting your moneys worth, with that green screen.
Your videos are awesome!
I love it! Everyone loves firefighters.
"thank me for my service"! 😹
I really can't imagine. I already feel awkward and uncomfortable when I received unsolicited thanks.😬😳
I've seen every video and moment on Live Rescue, I still have yet to catch him howling at the moon.
Jason, fantastically relatable playacting, as always. For me, especially what you say at 0:42 seconds in about NOT looking a frequent flyer in the eye. I have 2 scenarios to share with the group.
I discovered fairly quickly when people at large discovered I
was a Worker's Compensation Ajudicator IV aka an Industrial or On-the-Job Injury Claim Manager I'd get stopped in the Grocery, at the YMCA, park or any other outting venue I'd be asked questions about how their claims manager was managing there claim or questions about their medical cover, possible disability, on the job training etc etc etc.
This guy had the same energy as Angry Cops and I love it
My family's flower shop has a first responder+military discount. We have signs up everywhere about the discount and do our best to offer it, but its hard to know sometimes.
DONT FEEL RUDE ASKING!!! Most small businesses, like us, want to recognize and honor our first responders and military members. :) so don't feel rude! Ask for it! Besides, you deserve it ❤
I need a full episode Jason.
Loved the discount category. I wish military veterans would get this concept.
25 years in the Army.... literally millions of people have served in my tenure but my Cousin's son "Bob" was in the Navy, I think. Do you know him? Lmao... all the time. Crazy
I'm getting a Cafe Rio discount whether they offer it or not.
I actually like this video was almost 2 minutes, it was very entertaining.
Yooo I love the outro so much: TRADICUS IS WACKING OUT A MOLE
Shortly after watching this UA-cam recommended me a The Weakest Link: Firefighter clip of a contestant roasting the host
I’ve seen it, and it is amazing. She keeps trying, and he keeps hitting back.
Who cries first?
Firefighter: We are like brothers.
Firefighter: Back stabbing each other.
Me: Ok, not going to be a firefighter.
That was hilarious!
I love watching you
Yes you should make this a series
I was waiting for this.
Spot on as always.
This video was perfect. Caught covid so I've been sick as a dog and I needed something funny
Sorry you are sick. Hope you feel better soon.
@@BA-ng9bx me too. Having covid is something I would never wish on anyone. It truly sucks
I've never asked for a First Responder discount except that time I needed my clutch replaced.
I have occasionally been given a police discount at a restaurant when I wear my RPD S.T.A.R.S. shirt though.
Another great job
Oh yeah!! ALEX TREBEK would be proud🇨🇦
Took way less than a hour. Goodjob firefighter.
Make. This. A series.
If I were an FF I would always ask for a discount, but like, the same way you ask if it's happy hour. Not 'praise me,' but just 'can I snag this deal?'
I just now realized your on live rescue I feel dumb now I never made that connection 😅 btw love your content
You are hysterical
I would love some EMS up in here
Actually, I think a First Responders category would be great in Jeopardy. First Aid, firefighting, etc should provide a wealth of interesting categories.
He was far from the only one who would find a way to repay any kindness. Including getting up early to shovel your elderly neighbors. As long as it goes back to the community they can get quite territorial about. Don’t clog up their favorite pizza joint if you serve three towns over. That’s a problem. 💯🚨
Haha, fire fighters as first responders, to funny🤣.
I'm an EMT, so don't think for a second that I won't snatch up a first responder discount. In this economy, I'm gonna save money wherever and however I can 😂
Epic as always
I love this
To be fair ive asked for it for my car insurance and verizon. It has saved me 110 a month.
That's one thing, asking in every single restaurant is another.
@@kycone yeah I know 😂. The only place I get one is a subway down the street from my place but because they asked me like 10 times after I’m always wearing ems/fd shirts.
I didn’t know there was a firefighter discount. Very cool! Being a military wife I’ll ask restaurants and certain businesses if they do military discounts.
Why? Unless your husband is there, there is no reason to ask. Just for reference 20 year retired Navy here.
i can watch this show all day
Great videos man!!! Could you share what the name of the song in your outro is?
Ahhhh, that last one. I never hear it from firefighters, but definitely from... others.
You should definitely do more jeprdey
Please make this a series
Ey, that military discount be coming in clutch sometimes though...fuck it
U r too good. Lol!
Last question is SO TRUE
Make a sequel with a firefighter, a doctor, and a cop as contestants
Hey hey hey now I’m a firefighter and that discount down at the coffee shop be hittin
