I watched this episode and although everything looked amazing, it bothered me enormously to see this man not tying his hair while handling food. Why the rest of the employees do so but not him?

To all of those haters, when you have people lining up to pay hundreds of dollars for some of the most artistic and highest quality food in the world. Then maybe just maybe I'd take your opinion into consideration. .

Not all of the comments are hater's. Great show and I'm sure he is an incredible Chef, but his HAIR HANGING DOWN ALL OVER THE FOOD IS AWFUL AND UNSANITARY! Is he that special where everyone else's hair is covered or short. So disgusting I had to stop watching !

I’m binge watching this so I can catch the new season. I don’t care how marvelous a chef ( & others) think their food is, if they can’t practice basic cooking hygience/sanitation practices, it’s a deal breaker. Borrow a cap from the sous chef 👨‍🍳 & get that hair away from the food, please. Even fast food places follow this simple practice. 🙄🤢🤦🏽‍♀️

this has to be one of the most pretentious series out there. they are cooking food, they're not world savers. At the start of this particular episode, the dude finds out that cattle that feeb on grass have live outdoors have better tasting meat, that is pure common sense. yet this guy makes it out that its a deal breaker.... and you have these food critics who just talk out their ass. pure and simple....

+lockdown172 This "dude" just got 2 stars in Guide Michelin, which kind of is a big deal if you know and are interested in good and innovative food.

You are the one comparing the value of science against the value of entertainment/art. Which makes absolutely no fucking sense and does not diminish the value of either.

every little thing can be a deal breaker at this level. especially when it's $200 a plate. if I'm buying beef for the president in a state dinner with Japan for example it better be fucking wagyu kobe.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pull your hair back! I don't care how good a chef you think you are. For the small fortune you charge for your 'fine dining' , no one wants to find your hair in their food! Doesn't Sweden have health codes for restaurant workers, chefs included?

    Difficult to watch because of:
    · Poor hygiene, with his hair hanging all over the food.
    · Fish served on what looks like a stone. Is that stone glazed or is it pores, and if it’ pores, how is it sanitised?
    · Food that was served on the wild foliage branches, how are the branches cleaned? and/or are they reused?
    · Isn't 8-year-old beef tough!
Interesting ideas, but poor hygiene put me off.
