Yes, the GRA is bs but so is the GIA. Who cares if you have documents for the shiny rocks in your jewelry? People have papers for their dogs too, that doesn't really make their dog much different than others just like it. All moissanites are lab-made, therefore none of them should have any imperfections in the production process. This is why the term "vvs" is thrown around to grade the clarity. This is unnecessary considering every (marketed) stone should be 100% flawless. No one is buying any less than "vvs" clarity moissanite, therefore the grading is irrelevant. Whether or not these companies know they're getting scammed with these documents is unknown, yet they are provided to the customer anyway. I personally don't own moissanite, but I could also care less if it was all produced in someone's basement in India. It's just another shiny rock to make your jewelry look good, and it's much higher quality than CZ or other diamond simulants at 10% of the cost. The stuff shines like crazy and these videos blatantly blind it in your face. If you feel the need to stick with the GIA along with the 90% price increase behind it, then that's for you to decide. It's all to each their own when it comes to jewelry.
