These first generation models were so well made. With periodic re-painting, they can easily last for 1,000 years. Talk about an ideal heirloom. Nice results. Paint job looks real good.
Really nice, clean restoration on the horse box, Juan. Looks brand new. And that's another cool diorama at the end for the display. Such an enjoyable and relaxing experience to visit here with my Saturday morning coffee! 🍁
I really enjoy every time you work on this classic Lesney Matchbox models. It came out great. I don't know if originally this model had horses or not. Excellent job, Juan, keep on going and stay safe 👍 💯

The horses don't look too impressed Juan, they're laughing at it.😂 Looks good to me though, the colours look to be perfect and the door seems to be a good fit. Is it a reproduction, or an old original from another casting? Apparently, the shade of brown varied quite a bit over the years anyway. As far as I know, these didn't come with horses, so you've got a lovely, complete model.👍😁
