if you want effect like scroll bar then you have to create two Artboards and use auto animate

How can you add a parallax effect and animate some elements as you scroll to the page. i have been able to create parallax animations but being able to add a scroll function to it is the issue, especially utilizing mouse scroll rather than clicking on the menus. Thanks in Advance

This is just a mockup, to show developer how it is going to work. Developer will use HTML and CSS coding to achieve same effect. Flash is absolute now. If you have any question let me know

for larger desktop width: 1920px and height 1080px or >1080px
