Oil - 150ml
Cocoa powder - 50g
Plain flour - 325g
Baking powder - 3tsp
Frosting:
Whipping cream - 600g
Powdered sugar - 80g
Mascarpone - 200g
Filling:
Cherries
Caster sugar - 3tbsp
Cornstarch - 1tbsp
