Flight report // descripción del vuelo:
🇬🇧: After departing from London Heathrow (EGLL), we will climb to our cruising altitude of 35,000 feet. As we ascend, the greater London area will be visible on the right. Heading south, we will soon pass over GOGSI, and shortly after, the city of Southampton (near SAM VOR) will be visible on the left.
Continuing southwest over the English Channel, we will cross MARUK and then LELNA, transitioning into open waters. As we progress over the Bay of Biscay, the vast ocean will surround us until we approach the coast of Spain.
Approaching northern Spain, we will pass over NOVAN, entering Spanish airspace with coastal views on the left. Flying further south, we will cross DELOG, and then NONTU, moving deeper into Spanish territory with the central plateau of Spain extending below us.
As we near Madrid, we will begin our descent towards Madrid-Barajas Airport (LEMD). The scenic approach into Madrid will have the cityscape becoming increasingly prominent on the left as we prepare for landing.
🇪🇸: Tras despegar del Aeropuerto de London Heathrow (EGLL), ascenderemos a nuestra altitud de crucero de 35,000 pies. A medida que ascendemos, el área metropolitana de Londres será visible a la derecha. Dirigiéndonos hacia el sur, pronto pasaremos sobre GOGSI, y poco después, la ciudad de Southampton (cerca del VOR SAM) será visible a la izquierda.
Continuando hacia el suroeste sobre el Canal de la Mancha, cruzaremos MARUK y luego LELNA, adentrándonos en aguas abiertas. A medida que avanzamos sobre el Golfo de Vizcaya, el vasto océano nos rodeará hasta que nos aproximemos a la costa de España.
