Late DPM Hon. Sam Basil & CPO Late Neil Maino Leaving Glenrowan Funeral Home Lae for Nadzab.

Accompanied by the coffin of his late close protection officer Neil Maino, Late Hon. Sam Basil's casket left Glenrowan Funeral Home on Sunday the 15th of May, 2022 to be convoyed to Nadzab then flown down to Port Moresby for his state funeral.
What a sad sight to see them both taking this journey together after their tragic death at Samsam corner.

Very true, he was faithful till his tragic death alongside Sam Basil. This marks their final journey together back to Pom where Neil would be received by his family to be laid to rest.
