That upper panel that you popped off so easily that's the one I need to replace and I have the height adjusters on mine it cannot be removed the way it's shown. That's what I was looking for.
Your camera is too far away and you do not clearly show which of the two plastic pieces you are removing from above the seatbelt. I was afraid of permanently breaking something when I tried to remove it and once I got it off, there was clearly no screw. I have a 2011 Ford F-150 and there is no clear way to get the seatbelt off.
