This was amazing game. I actually really struggled with the pot witch and died a lot. When I learned you could set her on fire as she starts shooting from the pot and it stunned her to allow me some easy hits.
Just over 8hrs in and absolutely loving the experience of Death's Door, I was drawn to this game from the second I saw it, and the gameplay, vibe, and charm... certainly do not disappoint! This game is absolutely deserving of so many awards, Acid Nerve really have put together an absolute treat with this one.

It's funny, with how often simple and satisfying tend to go together with indie games you'd think AAA publishers and devs would have taken notice. I'm definitely going to have to check this out when I can. Remnant really opened my eyes to how satisfying it is to figure out secrets in an action game so I'll definitely get my 20 duckets worth searching for those bad boys here. Great Vid as always guys!
I played this together with " nobody saves the world" and "hollow knight". I finished the latter 2 already but still hesitant to play Death's Door now. The battle and and storyline is not that appealling compared to NBSW+ HK
I just ordered this but haven't downloaded it yet. I'm very much looking forward to escaping reality with my headphones on playing this what looks to be a masterpiece creative game
I am having a great time playing this game. When I die it’s always because I made the wrong move or got too greedy. So happy I saw that this came out on ps4.
I thought this looked really good in black and white. It's kind of a shame they didn't carry that throughout the whole game. It just fit the art better than the colorization.
I trully loved this game, completed 100% a few hours ago, some secrets and post game content were a b**** to find, but worth it. i do also agree that the decision of hide the shrine was a bit too unnecessary, those upgrades are really important (specally for endgame bosses) and if you are not looking for them, you won't find them, that is like, my only complain, the rest, excellent, humor, score, ambience, combat, artstyle, really worth it
I rather pay 60 bucks for a AAA game than 20 for this dissapointment, this should've stayed as a mobile game for 7 dollars. I literally died only once from beginning to end, and it was all due to that annoying icy floor near the end of the game. 3/10 would not recommend.

This game looks really cool. Definitely gonna keep it on my radar. I continue to love the videos you guys create. I will be going back to watch more of the recent videos to get caught up some haha.
dang you really did this one justice with a solid vid, i felt so sold on it i wanna buy it again, or at least buy it as a gift for someone. great work touching on certain key aspects of the game while not revealing too much to those who haven't played yet, keeping our interest and letting our fascination swell.

What I gathered from a quick glance at the trailer was that it looked like it wanted to be Zelda + Hades with a bit of Hollow Knight, and investigating further reveals that's what most of the previews have been saying about it. There has already been one isometric Souls game though released recently with Morbid: The Seven Acolytes, and on July 29th Eldest Souls releases. You aren't a crow, but still...

It's not often I fall this much in love with a game. Completed it 100%, and then platinum after that. Second game I ever bothered to platinum!

For what it's worth, the shrines are well-hidden but there is a character in the game who will tell you where the ones you missed are.
Definitely picking this up!
"Indie games" seem to remember that games should be fun, for AAA it seems like an add-on.

After a day of playing I can say this is a perfect old style Zelda game. A true gem.
