awesome tutorial, always wondered how that "cookie" shape is done and just couldn't make it happen no matter who taught me, now with some patience and this vid i managed to do it! Thanks ^^
What gi is recommended for a good, snapping/popping sound, that I hear from all of these instructors' uniforms. I currently teach kenpo, myself, but I'm still using the same light weight, 7.5 oz gi I've had since a white belt. I heard hayashi, and piranha, are the best. What do you suggest?
MrJraper78, The 'Heavyweight' Gi's are 12oz with a 'Super Heavyweight' version at 14oz. I get mine from ASE in L.A. Their # is 818-885-8088. Hope that helps. B. Barker (aka Mr. B)
