…there is a thing about that, but it’s a spoiler from later chapters and partially a bond stories, but I just say that - Neon knows that she can do x-ray scans. There is a reason why she (and other nikkies) don’t use their enchanted vision constantly.

Oh, before I forget.
You have received some Collection Items (the little dolls), but do be careful with them. Unlike the gear you've been getting so far, once a doll is equipped, you can't move it to someone else. They are very powerful as they give extra stats and some weapon specific buffs. Some upgrade to Favourite Item SSR quality and modify their skill kits too, but that won't be until later for you (but still good to know if you get Laplace, Exia, Viper, Diesel or Frima so far).
BTW, go upgrade your Tactics Academy in the Outpost. It will provide you with increases in Outpost Defence gains, extra free slots in the Synchro Device, and more importantly, upgrades to your Dispatch including Collection Item kits. You may struggle with Solo Raid for a bit, but you can get dolls and kits from that too (the current season opened last night).
Skills on the other hand have a selective reset window. Every now and then, they will give skill reset manuals that can be consumed, though proper caution is still advised. As mentioned, Soda: Twinkling Bunny is probably your best bet as of this video, with Asuka closely in tow. Since Asuka is no longer obtainable (and probably won't be ever again), mixed with the fact she isn't essential in the Fire Element team, she's likely to expire in use eventually. Soda on the other hand is a must have for the shotgun team.
In the event you have not taken to it since your stream, it might be handy to get in the habit of clearing the Simulation Room daily. This is where you will obtain the vast majority of your skill upgrade books (both regular skills and burst skills). Besides, it's part of your daily free gem quick farm :)
Liberation will take a bit over a month each time, though the dailies are typically pretty linked with the other dailies you would already do most of the time. They each give you a free SSR Nikke, and while Guilty is the only one with any sort of gameplay relevance, they do each come with their story sections which won't hurt. I'd advise completing Sin first before you change though as any progress that isn't a threshold gets lost when switching. You can get dupes of those Nikkes in the Union Shop (though typically you'd use the chips on Harmony Cube batteries instead). Nod twice if you want to join ours (JPGWAIFU) so you can get max chips whenever Union Raid comes up. We don't need you to be vocal in there, don't worry.

Oh at 40:00 minutes you were asking about finding which ones are in the Synchro Device, there's actually an easy way to check in your normal roster page: The level Numbers of your Nikkes in White are any unit not in the synchro slots, Gold numbers are units in the synchro device being boosted. So the units you are using as your "Top 5" should have white level numbers and not Yellow/Gold. Hope that helps!

Both Guilty and Quency are good. No so much about Sin, coz she is suffering from the same thing that Maiden does
I'd say Guilty has reformed the most and has shown the most development. Plus Guilty is more useful gameplay-wise with her own interesting personality.

If you want to know what Sin sounds like, her voice modulation is similar to Viper from Valorant. She's also the least likable among Real Kindness....and I made that mistake.

Sin is the outlier. She loves gaslighting and is entirely unapologetic about it.
