Nothing of Porsche showroom fault. They gave in temporary registration. The owner had to go to RTO then he would get the plate

Bangalore dealership sold it with temporary registration which is required by law. The boy removed the plates while driving.
The sad fact is the guy will walk scot free. The parents will probably send him abroad where he will live his life in luxury. I hope this gets spread around and the boy and his parents face actual justice.
I doubt it now... His father (if I'm not mistaken) has now been also alleged to have underworld connection with chotta rajan.. Going to be a tough job for the father and his son... I hope the victims' family get justice.....

The same incident happend in July 2023 at Ahmedabad Gujarat. A spoiled son(18 yr of age) of rich businessman was driving his jaguar on 140kmph & smashed on a group of people. 9 spot dead & all dead were below 25 years of age.

Certain confusions to be cleared here.
1. There was no involvement of any MLA. It was the Lawyer who got food for his client.

3. No Judge passed any resolution, it was a Social Worker who is part of the Judicial Board.
This news should spread all around the world because they have money and power so it’s normal in India for such kind of people to walk away freely and leave a happy luxurious life abroad. According to me, the perpetrator should be in jail for the rest of his life. Strict police activities and naka checking should be imposed on all cities and close to pubs and bars.
Our RTO's need to conduct proper driving tests. Furthermore certain cars should be categorized and only allowed to people of a certain age.

In my opinion a new law should be made in such a way car owner should get the full punishment in case of minor involved. I know this is not possible in India.
Hence I suggest we should not put ourselves foolishly in difficult circumstances, in this case partying till 2:00 am by the victims(It’s not common in my opinion).
Because we are in India. We can raise voices post the incident but we cannot stop anything.

Major reason behind this crash maybe is it was an EV. EVs are silent and can't be heard from distance. Imagine a silent metal hunk of a tonn approaching you at speed of 150kmph. Would you notice it without looking at it ? If it was a IC engine supercar with noisy exhaust, maybe the couple would have noticed it from the distance and ultimately saved themselves.

we will have to reform our law system, to include such exception because clearly if the case goes to the court the boy won't get punished as he is underage and there is no such law to punish the underage, I think there should be punishment for underage as well.

The government has to have strict rules and very high fines such as USA, UK and UAE has them, there should be more CCTC camera set to be able to review the situation as evidence however what I believe for India is, even though these rules are brought into our country there will be minimal change! Why? Its the Mindset of people who drive fast and the police who tries to seek money from the people at fault so until and unless the mind-set is not changed, such incidents will keep happening and innocent people will lose their life and the families which are left behind will suffer more than anyone else.
What about the Aashraya Sidana Case? 20 year old Yogesh was hit by the Toyota Fortuner driven by 19 year old Aashraya Sidana, son of Pharma Co. Skakti Sidana. The public caught him and handed him over to the police (video on YT Wronged). Next day, police mentioned the culprit had fled the scene and there was no mention of Aashraya in the police report! Aashraya is still seen clubbing and speeding. Not media coverage for Yogesh.
What we can do is provide justice on the road if its a drunk guy.

Usually an accident means something that had happened due to a minor negligence or carelessness. Letting a boy of 17years drive a car on road isn't carelessness. It should be treated very seriously. Also, he wasn't rich, could have got a heavy imprisonment...why is the judicial system different for the rich? Also, why is a 17year old allowed to drink? I mean what's wrong with kids these days?
