The advantage of the BCs when used right is that a single one is not ignorable. You HAVE to address even a single BC. This allows one to open up multiple fronts as a form of late game harassment because you can send 3 BCs to 3 separate bases. It takes 3 larva to kill a single BC with scourge which cuts down on an entire zerg hatchery spawn cycle. Combine that with a 2 ctrl groups worth of mixed infantry and youre a massive pain in the ass for the Zerg. Light did things right it seems by not neglecting a good defense counter at the bases and keep the Expos coming.
Theres a critical mass point where you can max out the Zerg's larva spawn cycle and he successfully did so here.

this ASL15 was really cool. I think I like BW now more than I did 2.5 decades ago! Gaming kit has come long way too!

those zerglings destroying supply depots reminded me of that match on Destination when 1 zergling eat 10 supply depots by himself

25:09 seems like defensive matrix on 2-3 marines to run them in past the lurkers would be more useful than what happened there...

Game 2 was fantastic, I think a few Plagues onto the BC's might have been enough to change it, but really Soma let Light have too much control in the air, flying through his bases constantly...

The eggs will hatch if you were to leave the game on long enough. It might be like, 10 thousands years but they *will* hatch! You could leave ye ol' computer on and see what comes out!
