Probably you should load motion by "File>Load motion" instead of drag and drop. If you tried that and it still doesn't work unfortunately I cannot help you 😞
@@annablair1776 after you load CLASSROOM.pmx you should load respective stage motion included in ZIP file (CLASSROOM.vmd) Before uploading I always test motions several times so I think everything should be set up correctly

When does it happen? When running on spiral stairs? As someone below mentioned try turning off physic floor. BTW please speak English, I don't understand Spanish language so translations can be inaccurate

maybe going down the stairs makes the model go under the floor in mmd! try going to gravity settings & turning off floor to see if that works?
