Thank you for the video, I found out that investing is not for everybody, you just need a strong stomach too see your portfolio go down. It might be wiser for a novice to start with copy trading investing, but it is not easy. To invest in growth stocks it is another level, definitely you need to know what are you doing.
From my own point of view, you need to invest smartly if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $255k in raw profits from just 6 months into the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy, mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key for short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.

I have the freedom unlimited for my ‘catch all’ cash back card. For a no annual fee card, it’s solid. Obviously there are better cards out there for dining or groceries or 2% CB… but for an early Chase card and the rewards it has - it’s been one of my most used cards. Plus like you mentioned you don’t have to just redeem for cash back, you can use the points and transfer to partners etc. 10/10 would recommend for any “beginner” or honestly everyone for a solid no annual fee card. Great reviews John!👏👏
By using the Freedom Unlimited for 1.5x UR points instead of a 2% cashback card, you're essentially "buying" Chase UR points at 1.33 cpp. Don't settle for anything less, otherwise you're losing out.
I find 2% and category spend cards all the same (more or less) in the long run. My biggest gripe though is the options YOU have as a user to redeem those cashback points or cash AND the online/app experience. CHASE has a great Mobile/Online Banking experience and is my favorite one out there. But I'm curious @johnfinancetips, what's the app experience like for Wells Fargo, Capital One, etc?
John, GREATLY appreciate your videos. I have a couple questions. I've been rebuilding. 1) What advice would you have for those cards I used to rebuild with, but really don't have much value going forward (specifically an Ollo MC and a Wells Fargo Visa)? 2) Do you have advice on how to use those (if I keep them), so they would continue to benefit my credit score? Thank you for your time!
Thanks for question, honestly if you're at the rebuilding phase I wouldn't worry about any benefits other than getting accepted for a card and having them report positive data. I find the bells and whistles can get a bit distracting. So as long as there are no horrendous fees I would jump on an of those cards or secured cards to get the ball rolling. After a while once your score starts ticking in right direction then come back to think about cards with more elevated earnings. Hope that helps! and best of luck
About the “paying on time and in full”: it’s a really good idea to just treat a credit card like a debit card.
And as well don’t spend more just because you have the limit to. That defeats the “discount” you get from cash back

Nope unless is a store that exclusively for groceries only on my market they had a supermarket that was owned by Walmart but only groceries but that depends on what merchant code the store runs
Hi. It says no annual fee on the capital one platinum credit card. But 29.99% apr purchase rate. I'm new to credit cards. What does this mean
It means if you don't pay off your credit card you'll be charged that amount as interest. So make sure you don't spend more than you can pay off before the due date!
@@popoispoop thanks so much for this information
I wouldn’t recommend the platinum. I don’t think it has any rewards.
@@sanauj15 it's okay I'm just building my credit. Also as a Muslim I can't accept the interest or cash back that's why
it means nothing to us. We pay all bills in full so we never pay interest. Remember a credit card is just borrowed money. Only spend what you have.
I read a lot of people even with 800+ credit scores get denied by the Wells Fargo Cash Card
I have an 800+ score and got approved for the Wells Fargo Active cash card last month.
How does no one ever talk about the PayPal card 2% on everything and 3% on PayPal purchases with the card and instant cash back same day
Why are you "ALL"SLEEP at the wheel with the PayPal card???? 2% cashback on everything and 3% back on Paypal ? no annual fee??
Bro I hope you would have posted this video last week when I got Chase Freedom Unlimited to use your referral for 3% cash back 😔
damn...:(
I'm pretty certain that Citi will not allow you to have two Custom Cash cards.
In mexico only have 2 cashback its the best card here 😢
BCE gang
What do you think of discover it?
How do we know this isnt fake like your Nike slides? Drop the vest. It's summer time even in Boston. Although you are kind of a skinny dude. Maybe you are cold. 😅
I have the Chase Freedom Unlimited, Amex Blue Cash Everyday, Savor One and just got approved for the Citi Custom Cash on your list as well as the Double Cash, but mine didn't come with a signup bonus and I got the Double Cash first on June 8 and according to my account with Citi, it says I'm still eligible with the Custom Cash welcome bonus because the tracker showed up for the minimum spend of $1500 in 6 months and was approved for the Custom Cash on June 18
QUESTION on Chase - If I have 6 cards in the last 24months and want a Chase card, can I cancel 2 of the 6 in order to qualify?
Nope
no
Don't the travel cards give better cash back? Expected some points cards here to show they earn as much or more in cash back if that's all some people want.

Thanks Sam! That's a solid setup for early Chase for sure
Savor One is the only card with 3% cash back on dinning! ...........but what exactly is dinning?
I’m pretty sure it’s anywhere than you can purchase foods. It even works on vending machines.
@@sanauj15 So dinning sounds a lot like dining!
Other cards have cash back 3% on dining. I have it in chase and Bank of America
0:23 You're my dopamine, John.
haha let's go!!!
#1 in 2023 so far = Chase Ink
you predicted my next video haha
@@johnsfinancetips Yes sir! Got my $900 smackers already, plus close to another $200 on my way there.
“Idk what TikTok hack you saw” I read the terms and conditions of the contract I signed 🙂
there ya go! haha
No mention of the highest cashback credit cards with lowest or longest 0 apr you leave all the important out
John, GREATLY appreciate your videos.
The last two don’t seem great. Invert the rank and we’re good
thanks for the feedback, curious what makes you think so?
