It's also a city of scammers and liars that distroy senior citizens lifes leaving them with absolutely nothing that they worked for all of their lives ! Their police doesn't care to help the victims but they protect the criminals ! The country doesn't do anything to help ease the poverty ! So No it's Not a nice place to visit !
