Dude. you are the best. most diy people use heavy machinery and forget that not everyone have those kind of heavy equipment. your tools are simple and your method is very traditional and easy to work with. keep up the good work! Good Luck. :D
Just finished milling all the pieces from aluminium. Will continue tomorrow or so to make it complete. Later i'll post the cad files if people are interrested.
My Sub was going crazy through most of this! All filmed in a windy field?! Fab improvisation and use of basic tools to create this! I'll skip to pt1 to see how you fastened the ends of the strings!
why you use black colour at the end? most hunters love their stuff in nature appearing like wooden with wax or gloss, and leather hide of something polished.
what kind of draw weight are you getting .. i am curious as i have been tinkering with a bullpup pistol ballista madw of lamite popcycle sticks .. with a 1/4 inch torsion bundles i get 20 lbs draw or so using nylon line i plan to test spectra and piano wire and am hoping to get into 100 lbs range.. no the popcicle sticks wont hold that lol i will have to goto solid maple or oak or metal
That hole for the bolt will just tear the flights off it, lose that part, the stay needs 90° reinforcement and you could use the bow bolts on a sliding mount moving the sprung steel against itself to double your power too
Great build! i think you should invest in a small Rotary tool like a Dremel. I think it would help you a lot then cutting the Bolt Grooves and sanding :D
very nice :D i also made one from a leaf spring also compound haha i cannot imagine how hard this was with the small rollers to make the big ones i made were hard enough to make with all the little grooves
Can you send me the all tamplets with the measurements ? I've downloaded but the pictures are not complet,is missing some lines. How can i make the arrows ?
You're awesome dude! This is the first video I see from your channel and I immediatly subscribed. Maybe you should try to talk a little bit, maybe explain what you're doing instead of only showing it. Sorry for my english, I tryed my best ahahah. Keep up the great work dude! #dope
You'll become famous in something like a month. Think about some collaborations and things like that 'cause for a new youtuber it's very useful. Any ideas for the new video? :)
Im watching theese two videos maybe like 20 times, trying to make my own. But i still dont understand two things. You are really drawing on the metal with a paper pen? And you are making it just at your fence? :D Just asking, very nice vids bro!
have you thought of putting the bow on ackwards and closer to the grip? It's balanced more and v it is injury of the way. You don't lose any power but the recoil is reversed
Brilliant work..excellent work with basic tools.. I'm so impressed. It looks machined and professionally made. I went through the comments to see if anyone else asked this but I may have missed it.. do you mind if I ask where you got your materials? I have an old hand saw that I'm considering using for the prods.. and got some mild sheet steel I want to use for the rest. Thanks for sharing this!!!!
nice design. I would make those arrows stick out past riser. if u miss that little hole at end of rail, you will be picking out splinters from your hand ...or eyeball. I hunt with 260 lb pull, Excalibur... Xbows are scary dangerous. Have you thought of attaching pistol grip to it... would be cool
I removed that metal part on the end of the riser, they are damn powerful. I'll soon make little bit bigger crossbow with pistol grip because I think that this one is too small for full size pistol grip! Thanks :)
one of the coolest builds i have seen on internet...
That was incredible. I didn't even realise I finished watching an 11.5 minute long video until it was over.
it means!
Rishi Chakravarti so patient!!
Rishi Chakravarti Hypnotic, isn't it? 8-)
+Lover Boy .
Now that is skill. I am impressed that you don't use expensive machine tools and the bow is really well made. Well done sir. Well done.
the highspeed is hilarious i imagine its what a god looks like working on stuff
Dude. you are the best. most diy people use heavy machinery and forget that not everyone have those kind of heavy equipment. your tools are simple and your method is very traditional and easy to work with. keep up the good work! Good Luck. :D
It means a lot! Thanks
I have never in my life seen anyone work tools that fast! Holy crap! thats cool bro
hahah thanks
Really impressive especially with the tools and materials you used.
Thank you!
Just finished milling all the pieces from aluminium. Will continue tomorrow or so to make it complete. Later i'll post the cad files if people are interrested.
That'd be sweet brotha
My Sub was going crazy through most of this! All filmed in a windy field?!

why you use black colour at the end? most hunters love their stuff in nature appearing like wooden with wax or gloss, and leather hide of something polished.

Κώστας Παπαδάκης
this was so awesome to watch, glad it came up in suggested videos :)
Thanks for the support
It's amazing what some people can do with just a few simple tools. I would have to use my whole machine shop to build something like that.
Thanks!
perfect work dude
since i was little, i've allways wanted to make a crossbow, good job
Try to make it, it's a lot of fun :D thanks
The new mouse killer lol Bet its crazy fun to play wit
what kind of draw weight are you getting .. i am curious as i have been tinkering with a bullpup pistol ballista madw of lamite popcycle sticks .. with a 1/4 inch torsion bundles i get 20 lbs draw or so using nylon line i plan to test spectra and piano wire and am hoping to get into 100 lbs range.. no the popcicle sticks wont hold that lol i will have to goto solid maple or oak or metal

That sounds impossible yet, but thank you a lot!
+Raduka
what for wire you used?
Bicycle brake cable
that's one hell of an effort bro!💪💪💪
Thanks! :D
Brilliant, absolutely brilliant.
Thanks!!
これは素晴らしい。特にトリガーの機構は参考になりました!
What kind of cable are you using might I ask ?and what is the usual cost for a build like this with those materials ?
I just love the fast forward sandpapering.😂
:))
Is that fast forward?? Thats normal to me.
Amazing! Got a question. Is it possible to make this bigger by scaling those templates?
Now I have To Get Me One of Those... :-) ;-) Nicely Done Dude...
you gotta admit this is pretty cool!
I quess :D
hey raduka, can you show how the inner cam mechanics work from 2:04-2:09? im really frustrated cause i cant seem to figure out how the cam works
awesome work!!!!
This guy's better than those jokes at "Man At Arms"! Hands down.
I like the fast forward sawing it looks cool
beautiful work congrats.

That hole for the bolt will just tear the flights off it, lose that part, the stay needs 90° reinforcement and you could use the bow bolts on a sliding mount moving the sprung steel against itself to double your power too
Congratulations ! Good job and skills ...
Thanks!!
Muy bien Felicitaciones muy buen trabajo
Thank you!
And now: Instructional Video on how to make a micro compound crossbow, with your host, The Flash.
Great build! i think you should invest in a small Rotary tool like a Dremel. I think it would help you a lot then cutting the Bolt Grooves and sanding :D
I have some power tools and I'll start using them in future tutorials. Yeah, I definitely have to buy a dremel, that stuff is pretty accurate. Thanks!
This guy can sand and cut stuff so so fast like wow 😵
really impressive man!
Thank you!
well edited mate
Thanks !
muito bom! parabéns
Amazing job!
Thank you!!
ok what do the wheels do they make it easier to pull back?
nice work
you sir have Alot of talent. Thank you fir sharing this video
thank you for the support :D
Gary Updyke i,
very nice :D i also made one from a leaf spring also compound haha i cannot imagine how hard this was with the small rollers to make the big ones i made were hard enough to make with all the little grooves
Actually I thought it'd be way harder, thanks !
How long are the strings that connect the ends?
hey how many pounds per square inch is that little thing I thought it only be like 3/4 pounds but it seemed to be more than that when you pulled back
Can you send me the all tamplets with the measurements ? I've downloaded but the pictures are not complet,is missing some lines. How can i make the arrows ?
Thats cool i like it.
brillante! que imaginación!
Gracias!
this is awesome
this is soo awesome!
Thanks a lot
whats that string made from is it steel cable
.great work .. really well done
Thanks !
That is amazing!
Thank you!
Awesome
I'd like to build it but can't seem to get the templates and measurement
tenes planos con las medidas o dibujos exactos para hacerlo?
it's amazing that you are able to do what you do with so few tools. how do you come up with your designs? Are they scaled down from existing ones?
Nope, I made my own design :)
You're awesome dude! This is the first video I see from your channel and I immediatly subscribed. Maybe you should try to talk a little bit, maybe explain what you're doing instead of only showing it. Sorry for my english, I tryed my best ahahah. Keep up the great work dude! #dope
I'll probably in the future make some voice tutorials, and shooting test is coming :) thanks for the support!
:D Just asking, very nice vids bro!
have a question for you how much would you sell it for.
Wow very good !!!
Thanks!
Peace is possible to know the name and type of wire you sold it and where you can buy it on the Internet and thank you
have you thought of putting the bow on ackwards and closer to the grip? It's balanced more and v it is injury of the way. You don't lose any power but the recoil is reversed
I haven't tried yet but I'll try to make one that way to see how it's acting :) Thanks for the suggestion
Yeah very cool man! I thing I build my own Crossbow. Thanks !
Thank You!
Nice! another cool project i will never make
haha try to make it !
Brilliant work..excellent work with basic tools.. I'm so impressed. It looks machined and professionally made. Sweet man
thanks!
hey man just wondered what material you used for the limbs of the bow section cheers
steel from handsaw blade
What is the length of the string, if it is a single string or if three strings are used? Could you tell me? Thank you.
I'm not pretty sure about lenght, yeah there is 3 strings and you can see how to attach them in part 1
very neat
Thanks!
