    I watched the funeral service live from my living room in Kenya and I must commend SABC for the splendid coverage of the event. Mandela did a lot for South Africa and Iam saddened to see that what he fought for is not being upheld by the current regime.Please do not fail Mandela. Ahmed Kathrada's speech of recognizing other freedom fighter outside ANC was commendable.
    Samwel Rugut,
    Kericho, Kenya.

    South Africa as a nation is a far cry from equality, there might be political change but the country remains divided both socially and economically. The speech given by the former Zambian President Kenneth Kaunda at the Mandela funeral service came from an old, but wise and sharp man, he knows that the struggle is far from over in South Africa. Mark my words, you white people who keep insulting Mandela will one day wish he was alive, South Africa has deep wounds that have remained fresh to date.

      Chanda Chansa Millions of Black South Africans wish Mandela was still in power- if he had age & health on his side. It is up to the next generation of Black & White South Africans to take ownership of Mandelas Legacy, and it will happen. South Africa will have its Rainbow Spring, I just hope its not a violent one.

    RIP.Mandela. has left a part of if many people ... Unfortunately, there has always been inequality and injustice, but there will always be someone trying to show us that we can change, one cannot make a difference, but it shows us the way of humility, only together can we change things ... just need to have the initiative and have a good heart...

    RIP a great man has gone to rest. The lessons of reconciliation and forgiveness for humanity resonates far and wide. Many men can talk but few can endure long enough for change. May God bless the road and your life here on earth. I am sure He is saying: well done my good and faithful servant.

    As with its hosting of the World Cup, South Africa has this ability to deliver the technological logistics required of a major event like Mandelas funeral without losing the soul and character of Her People. This mornings service was a fitting end to a 10 day celebration of Mandelas legacy, a beautiful and measured contrast to the carnival feeling of the previous 9; and the political theatre around Zuma has been compelling equalled only by the steely stares from the formidable Winnie and Rochelle.

    RIP, Mandela. You were wonderfully influential regarding the genocide and mass exodus of over 1 million white farmers. You were truly worthy of the Nobel Peace Prize while still on the U.S. terrorist watch list. S.A. might not have crumbling infrastructure, or be commonly regarded as the murder, rape, and A.I.D.S. capitol of the world if it weren't for your fine efforts.
    * dons symbolic rubber necklace and sings "kill the boer" in mandela's honor. Anyone got a match? My skin is lookin a little too pale this time of year.

      George Washington was also regarded as a terrorist by the British Monarch, today he's an American hero, a libertarian as they call him.

    • @indianlady21
      @indianlady21 11 років тому +1

      Brad Pitt Why do you keep calling Mandela a terrorist? Do you know that Mandela tried to fight Apartheid in a peacefull way at first? He was forced to use violence because the opposites did also. Do you find this very strange. He stood up for his own people. He coulnt stand the see his people being oppressed. White people should had never come to Africa. But the truth is they had nothing, so they had to go abroad. Do you know how many things white ppl stole from Africa, India China etc etc. They raped our woman, killed our men. Made us slaves, mislead us. Tricked many people into Christianity , (I dont have anything against religion) If it werent for us you people still would live in fucking caves.

    • @indianlady21
      @indianlady21 11 років тому

      I dont feel sorry for the "boers". They are the real terrorists in my eyes. Trying to take over a country thats not even theirs.

    • @indianlady21
      @indianlady21 11 років тому

      What the fuck were they doing there the first place? You can give me a 1000 arguements about the boers, that still doesnt justify the things the white people did to our people.

    We are, the Sudanese people pay triply to Nelson Mandela, because he believe that the Sudanese political system today is typical like the late South African Apartheid .
    He had has no relationship with Khartoum atoll, and never visit Sudan after become free. even that was sad but good to not give any support to Arab-Muslim's Apartheid in Sudan .
