Probably to end the game vs kirby as fast as possible, if the character has bad recovery, then gimp them.
@@supermeuhmeuh Good players going for difficult to counter strats isn't cancerous lol. He's not wasting anyone's time, and if you can't counter it then you need to figure out how to or just take the L.
If he was stalling or even camping, then you'd at least have the argument that he's being a time waster just to win against a low tier, but he's not doing anything.

I think Shine is overpowered as fuck. It's still not cancerous to use. Wobbling sucks because it actively wastes everyone's time and is an instant-win button.
If your mindset is that any player who uses a good move is cancerous, then you are never going to be good at the game.
