Yeah, tbh mate it’s totally overrated. The 4x4 isn’t even that good. Big ruts and boulders and that’s about it. So much of Tassie is gated and/or requires permits. It’s always raining and ever since hydro stopped building the bush camping is becoming scarce. The ferry is a total joke. NSW & SA all have road ferries - free.. because there part of the road. The promised land.. lol.. hardly.

@@andrewberg2361 @Fast Farmer tbh mate having lived in both the VHC and Tassie, Tassie has a lot to offer, silly to say one is better as they differ a lot.
But for me being able to doing some 4x4 (albeit it may not be as good as the VHC) in the morning, catch a trout to cook for lunch then go cray potting/fishing for a 30-50kg tuna (which are going nuts atm!) in the arvo is pretty special and something Victoria certainly does not offer.
Overall Tassie shits on Vic. But yes some of those specific tracks on the VHC are amazing,

We always camp where you did. It's a really good surf wave too.

Bloody awesome can't wait for the next leg. Need to ditch the factory flares they look good but always scrub with 35s, fold the guards back a bit and put on some rubber ones. .

Yeah, finally time to boost the rear spring ratings a little, it was down on K'gari with a load, still too low with possibly less load.
Absolutely grand to see Gary wheeling with ya's in Tassie, bit of old fella touch for my gen, 😆.

Yeah its still original turbo and been a pretty good 4wd overall
And that my friend is why 300whp is the go…my 250whp zdd22 eats pootrols-well jealous of flex

All good mate, no issues if you drive it somewhat sensibly

Havent put it on the dyno yet but around the 180-200HP mark
