Everyone to their own! The beach and a few nice tracks with scenery for us…
I’m past the stress of hectic 4x4 tracks and breaking shit!
That's why there's lots of different activities in life mate, pick which ones you like doing. Lucky for us we don't all like doing the same thing. I also didn't see anything broken this day? And in 15 months of wheeling the Patrol only thing I've ever broken is a hub which is like a 10 minute fix.
@@TylerThompson90 - agree mate and you are driving sensibly not to break stuff .
Love your vids and locations you manage to visit! Cannot wait for the next long trip you do! Cheers
Tony
Bit of Jeep envy there “ might have to shout yourself one for the tuff Trax, can wheel abit Jeff 🤠
The scenery of the glasshouse mountains is out of this world ❤
We nailed the lighting this day 🤌 footage looks great
Yep was perfect!
Thanks for visiting.. :)
A great year ahead, I’m sure..!!
Cheers mate!
Wszystkiego Dobrego w Nowym Roku 👍⛺🔥
I came across the same situation as you, sometimes its hard to know when to keep pushing past that magical point where the front will come back down, or whether it will keep on tilting and flip. My instincts told me to back off and later found a rock wedged against the rear wheel which was sending power from that wheel to rotate the car upwards instead of forward. If I persisted, I would most certainly have ended up on my roof. I ended up packing smaller rocks in front of it so the back wheel went over it and then I got through perfectly.
Yet another great video. Thanks, @TylerTompson.
In this video you prove that twin lockers is the best mod we can make to our vehicles. They don’t look “macho-cool” as they’re invisible but damn how good the are to have!
That jeep is a beast offroad. It made everything looked too easy.
Fun episode. Always treat to see TJ. Been awhile since you've been that challenged. Nice send on Send It!!
Happy New Year to you and your family. All the best in 2023!
Thanks mate! Same to you 👌
What a stunning country you live in i wish the UK would look after it like you guys do 👍🏴
your capt cook didn't know what he discovered come over be one of us happy new year btw it's 37c
@@julesmarwell8023 I wish mate
Great video again. Yep Dbl Island is a ripper spot. Lucky to get whithout the ridiculous crowds too. Jeffs jeep is super capable, but its built for those tracks. Well done on little red. Its not the easiest track ive heard... Keep up the good work.
Well done in the family wagon 👍. Love your channel as it is real .
Thanks 👍
“Te-wah” 😂 my guy
Epic video mate, those tracks are nearly as insane as that Jeep 💪
Hi Tyler
Phil from Western Sydney here, I've got a modified 2015 GU Patrol (engineered) and a Mux same model as your old man's, my question is in regards to his Mux.
He has certainly been putting through some tough stuff, has your Father or you seen the engine bay stress cracks around the suspension towers or adjacent to?
Hey mate, nope we haven't seen either of those at this point in time
Mate, I thought you were gonna tip over there😧 Your adventures are getting better and better 👍👍 Can't wait for your next one😃
Thanks 👍
He might like a blowie from you in the bush.
Some challenging stuff in there Tyler, great effort 👌
Thanks 👍
Another great video. I was on the edge of my seat with your wheel lift. Good shot of you driving at the end.
Thanks mate
Some awesome 4wding in there , better remember not to head in there 😂😂🤦♂️. Great video
Thanks mate!
Tyler Thompson, the next 4WD 24/7 UA-cam channel. Not sure if that's a good thing. But if you're having fun making the content, that's all that matters. All the best for 2023. 👍
As always Tyler, great stuff mate 👍👍
Go the GU Patrol! cool episode ! 🌅🏞️🛻📹🤙😎
That's some pretty wild wheeling there fellas ! Happy new year
You too mate!
Great video mate. Happy New Year. Seen a lot of people loose rigs on Rainbow beech. Cheers for the vid
Jeez - took a walk down the top section of Big Red last year and thought, no one can drive that unless they’re mad or have an epic rig (e.g something like a unimog!). Great job Tyler!!!
Jesse gleeson from 4wd 247 just ate big red in a gq patrol wagon go see on thier channel hahaha
Great video. Really good driving in a tourer setup. Bring the GQ back for round 2.
Cheers mate, definitely!
So good bloke awesome footage ..Drop more air out..what was your psi ?
10PSI
@@TylerThompson90 maybe a bit a heavy in the back then lol
Are you running the lighter weight freestanding awning for drifta Stockton? You find it provides enough shade?
As a wagon driver that runs similar set up you needed to ride the bank a little more on the drivers side.
A lot to choose from up there.
Out of interest, what camera are you using when swimming at double island ?
Happy NY 😎🤘
Great vid lads, cheers 👍
Same to you!
Noice vid... I dont know how our 2022 DMAX with Norweld canopy and Bushcompany RTT would go :-)
Love it mate that’s my local area haha it’s an awesome place to explore
Epic episode 🙌 👌
Wow great vid.. ACTION...super spot.... Weight... Spare tyre, wood bag. 40l itres water..on rear? Prob. 70/100kg...
Looks like you’s had fun in glass house. As you said, tracks Glore
That Jeep is insanely capable!
Yep!
How's the cheeky lookin nice bloke in the Jeep..U wouldn't expect he's the bloke who might get U killed
Not every rig has the Jeep line it it.... You do you Tyler and its all good.
Looking at myself buying a gu patrol, have been looking at the tb48's. What do you really think of it. It will be my first 4wd, but want something I can rely on, and know it's going to last me and outdo any of my capabilities!
Really like it mate, been an awesome 4wd
That's awesome to hear? Are they as bad as people say and think on fuel ? Got a friend chewing my ear off saying that I'll go broke affording petrol for it !
I get about 20-21L per hundred for on-road driving loaded up, with the 35's and all the bar work etc
That's actually not as bad as everyone thinks! How about when your off road mate?
Happy New Year
You too mate
Even though I’m subscribed and have bell notifications on, UA-cam haven’t put any of your videos on my feeds for 2 months. Stupid algorithm.
Made me laugh with your statement that you just string words together and hope they make sense. Showing your school teacher background Tyler… 😂😂
Были на оз.Хиллер ?
Good to see some sensible decisions, that angle did not look good, but makes for some good watching
Go do Widowmaker for a proper hard track lol 😆
Maybe next time 😬
Tyler, you look a bit wet mate... Happy NY more vids please keep us awake... cheers
At little Red it sounds like TJ behind the camera 🤔
Yep it was
Watching this after they bulldozed it all
To be honest I will stay subscribed but won't watch the new content with Patrols. Not that I have anything against Patrols but I have an IFS Diesel ute so not in the same category. I enjoyed the old videos with the Navs.
I have the same TB48 same colour but with a 2 inch lift and 33's with front locker only. I would be able to do the same tracks but I will watch because I can see I wouldn't make it too.
The bigger lift and bigger tyres seem to be way more clumsy than just a 2 inch and 33's, a bit like a pissed giraffe walking in high heels.
I will watch all the videos Tyler does because he is a fair dinkum bloke having a crack with no BS.
