Hi mate, just watched your diazepam video from 8 years ago lol, are you still on them?

I am still on Diazepam yeah, albeit a small dose of 10mg because when I was sectioned in a psychiatric unit a Psychiatrist (believe it or not) stopped the 30mg Diazepam (6 yellows), 7.5mg Zopiclone AND 800mg Pregabalin (Lyrica) over the course of just TWO days! Had zero sleep for 11 nights and even though I told the bloke how bad the w/d was and he could see it was unbearable but he still was refusing to reinstate my 'proper' dose and it took me nearly an hour to get the 2 yellows a day which I'm still on and now I have the Zopiclone reinstated too but no Pregabs - the w/d from the three at once was horrendous but when I asked various 'health care professionals'' if they use/follow the "Ashton manual" to taper patients from benzos / z drugs and none have even heard of it, let alone follow it. Ironically, the reason I was admitted in the first place was because I had around 20 tonic clonic seizures in a row and suffered "status epilepticus'' which can be fatal.
I have lived in 2 different support accommodation places since I was sectioned and have been in this place for a year or so now btw.

_thats F*_*_*_*_ rough bro I don't know how that's even possible, there are experiments with rats albeit cruel that show the rats die when kept awake within 11 - 32 days, I hope you are doing better month by month though mate?_

      @@ksdogg Thanks for the reply.
I was suffering extreme fatigue, high stress, a racing heart rate, high blood pressure, thoughts racing (& sometimes in the 3rd person.) I was sectioned under the mental health act and as such, placed on a psychiatric ward.
The Psychiatrist took me off three drugs in total; two of such I had been physical dependency's to for 16 years and one drug I had been dependent on for 2 or 3 years physically & psychologically.
I believe what you mentioned about rats being monitored to see how long they can physically go without sleep; sleep deprivation was used as a form of torture in the past and I feel as though my Psychiatrist in the psychiatric ward deliberately set out to make me feel as bad as possible and it is a wonder I didn't have any seizures whilst in hospital, although ironically the reason I was admitted into hospital in the first place was due to me suffering psychotic episodes and could not leave my room due to extreme paranoia, thus I did not pick up my prescription for methadone or the tablets I was prescribed and this led to me having ~20 seizures and status epilepticus occurred which is a life threatening condition.

@@benrogersdevon That sucks dude, they don't know what they are doing or they are evil. When i spoke to psychiatrist about my mirtazapine withdrawal when i quit cold turkey .they said I was wrong which is simply false. most don't know what they are talking about. I used to also take zopiclone but they are much weaker than mirtazapine 7.5mg.
You must taper slow as per ashton manual .but I am sure you know exactly what you are doing you seem like a very smart guy
