CC TV I recently made a video on having a 2 motion shot (pros and cons) please check it out! But I suggest not too... when it comes down to set shots and etc. now if your a “athlete” with a lot of muscle then it’s possible to be a good shooter while being small. Look at Isaiah Thomas

Forsure. By pointing your release towards the rim, it will make your shot accurate. Remember this... wherever your hand goes the ball goes.

So it is ok to have your palm touching the ball while shooting and NOT leaving any space?
Triston Leach Depends on the shooter. I personally feel like you lose abit of control if you go that route... but if I were to teach a beginner, I would tell them to old the ball with their finger pads.
