Edit: that soup is our version of shiu mai called Xiu Mai. Meatballs in sauce. And definitely enjoy it in a banh mi or by dipping the banh mi. I usually have to order a second banh mi for dipping.

I like to use a lot of garlic 🧄 in my cooking. I love the flavor of garlic. This place uses garlic in their house mayo recipe sounds really. My favorite Banh mis are the cold cuts. The head cheese, pork ham, liver pate, mayo, pickled dicons/carrots, jalapenos/cucumber slices, and cilantro. I usually order extra meat on my Banh mi.

I absolutely LOVE Banh Mi... every style of meat, the jalapeno, cilantro and cucumber combo is so refreshingly legendary. Nice spicy kick adds to the experience. I used to stop in twice a week when I had a local shop. I miss it so much.
