Did the app need to be published in different country-specific App Stores, or was it published globally in a single App Store with support for multiple languages within the app (allowing users to select their preferred language)?
Things I picked up till now. 1. Using hackathons to create fund runway 2. Translating the app to different languages to come on top of competition 3. Its ok to be not clear from day 1 itself
