@@hmmm2564 Most people I know doing vanlife full time do not use their showers....it is usually the one regret they have. And it becomes a place to store stuff. I know of a few people who do use their showers but they also have 50 gallon water tanks. I personally like having a toilet in my van....and my Trelino works great for that. I have a Geyser system if I really need to shower.
Awesome build and beautiful overall design aesthetic. From experience I'll suggest TinyPocket Homes for anyone who desires this level of design aesthetic and lower budget. I love you guys by the way and great video
i'm sure she has an emergency method. a lot of urban vandwellers are always steps away from public facilities and so have no need for traditional bathroom fixtures.
hmmm... beautiful and unique design, but it looks like that design was achieved by basically putting ALL the weight in this rig along the length of the driver's side of the van-- closet wall and the items in it, under bed storage with books, food storage, and solar batteries and equipment, the kitchen build and water, wastewater, cooking equipment, etc....
Yep! One of my least favorite things about the build. Unfortunately, the builder I purchased from only has two layout designs, so I accept the struggle!
Public bathrooms. Pit toilets on public land. Gas Stations. Grocery Stores. Friend's houses. Coffee Shops. A nalgene bottle. Wag bags. Responsibly outdoors. So many options, its crazy!
It's cool the presentation, but you should have a bathroom. Your side seat could house a composting toilet. The mid section of the floor could have a hideaway shower pan. Magnets can hold up your shower curtain around the overhead fan. Otherwise, nice promo.
I appreciate someone else telling me what I "should" have to live. It's actually quite easy living without a toilet when you spend so much time boondocking in the middle of nowhere. For me, it doesn't make sense to have one and I don't regret the decision.

No bathroom is a huge negative. Surprised the alternative how she travels w/o even a toilet wasn’t mentioned.
Odds are the toilet is under the seat across from the kitchen. You'd be surprised how many people put showers in vans and never use them.
@@travelingwhilebutch She actually said that bench is used for dog for and supply storage, so no toilet.

Wow 88k's and no toilet/shower room! My idea of luxury is having a toilet/shower not a book shelf! lol

WHERE DOES SHE GO TO THE BATHROOM?????
Many nomads use public restrooms or go in nature. :)

She sold her possessions and business and traveled minimally for years to save money from mortgage or rent, and the van could be financed
