Good solid content - your usual value delivery, Ravi! Thanks. A separate video on your specialized use of Sales Navigator - not a beginner's guide - would be really interesting.
Great video man! I'm planning to start consulting service-based entrepreneurs on how they can grow their business while working less using a unique approach (kinda similar to what you're doing but a bit different) What would be the best way to do prospecting for this niche on LinkedIn? P.S. Do you have an affiliate program for Scaling With Systems?
Truth be told, with what I'm involved in it makes it much more difficult to keep to one 'standard' message whether it's before or after a 'cold message'. I've always seen a cold message as pestering someone as I see people moan about it all the time on LinkedIn. I'd love to have a quick chat with you Ravi and seek some advise from you and hear your thoughts.
Man literally I have seen people like - make connections, asking how's there dog doing 😂 & all that stuff! Even I simply believe in sending a message where intension is clear so that you won't even wasting timing of each other, I love people when they pitch me & it has totally value. It's simply like - if I'm affected by an accident, I genuinely need a doctor then why the hell I would try to make connection with that doctor first I would say fix it ASAP and charge whatever is your fees. Thanks for the video, I'm implementating from today & yeah subscribing you
Ravi good video. If you send a connection request and that person doesn't respond, do you withdraw your connection request or keep it on 'pending' forever?
Thanks for this video. I just started my design studio. My target audience is Marketing Heads/Brand Managers. What message should I send so that they accept my connection request?
Thank you for this great piece. I work with an original equipment manufacturer of pumps and valves for oil and gas, I'm in sales department... How do I start up a conversation with a prospect after acceptance? Because most times, they don't respond
If the topic is along the lines of helping my clients self care and setting healthy boundaries, how would I even begin to start that in a DM conversation?
You're welcome! You can inbox people on Sales Navigator (called InMail, only 30/month) but for more sending I would recommend sending connection message first!
Ravi hope you're doing great. I'm working with an insulation contractor and I'm trying to reach out to people who manage buildings and construction projects so we can insulate them. I went through sales navigator and already have my lead list. My question is how would you start a conversation where you basically sell in the first message? Loved the video! Thank you for sharing
Hey Emmanuel! Thanks for the message! So connection would be something like: "Hey FIRSTNAME, I am looking to connect with project managers to learn a little more about how we can add some value, would you be open to connecting?" Initial Message: "Hey FIRST NAME, thanks for accepting, the reason for the followup message is we're currently insulating hundreds of buildings around X city, saving them thousands on A/C costs and helping them appreciate their property value by X on average. It seems like there could be some fit between our companies if you're interested in seeing how we can save you thousands than respond back with your best number!" Obviously, I've never worked in that industry but I hope that helps!
Thank you, Ravi. Help me access this as a first mail after connection, Hi Ravi, thanks for connecting with me, I'm Chinazam, the sales manager of so so company, thank you again. How does this sound, help me please
Hey Ravi, Do you pitch through the first connection message? or do you first connect and then you pitch in the message itself? Sorry if this is too trivial for you, just trying to learn
Great content man!!!! I am planning to start my animation video agency for startups and businessess What would be the best way to send a cold message to a client on LinkedIn Waiting for your reply Thank you
Hi Ravi, good info. Like you I am for the direct business approche and no pre bla bla about child, dog, etc. I have a question => when you are linked and there is no direct opening for business; what is your process related to follow up in the future? Thanks for your kind reply. Regards, Kees
Hello, Ravi! If I were to Cold DM via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and my prospects/target audience is Directors/CEO's and my offer is to get them in shape, how would an opening message look like to get a response and get them on a call with me? Should I still mention when asking to connect with me what they are working even it's not relevant to me and my offer? Thanks
Hey Ravi, just subbed great content! Just wanna ask, are there a list or countries where you get the most clients from? I mean I'm thinking regardless of the country, is there a place where VA is not much known, which might be ideal when we prospect?
Hi Ravi ! Thanks for the video. Could you recommend any LinkedIn automation tools that you consider safe ? I kind of worried for my LinkedIn account or one of my clients
Thank you! We give our clients inside Scaling With Systems access to a safe, private software, I would recommend finding one that isn't open to the public!
Hey Ravi, I am seeing your videos from the past few weeks. I love how you share enough information in them. My problem is: I am creating content, sending DMs twice a day but still I am unable to earn in 4 figures. I don't know whom to send the messages. If you see this, kindly help me out.
Love it! After the connection message, do you just copy paste the next messages to everyone? Or also look into their profile and try to engage with them first a little bit. This obviously is much slower (and is hard to outsource) but ads the human element to it.

Hey Kelvin,
I know you've worked as the HR for 4 years.
This was a great video. What do you think about using a virtual assistant in conjunction with an automation software for LinkedIn outreach?
We love the idea and that's exactly what we do for our clients inside of Scaling With Systems!
Hello Toyin I am a VA doing LinkedIn Cold Outreach. Let me know if you need one :)
Can we get atleast 2-3 calls booked after directing sending an offer based message after sending it to 100 people?
Yes!
Awesome content buddy🙌
Curious to know about, Which tools you use to automate your linkedin game?

Agree with the non- super congenial approach. Thanks for confirming that Linkedin is business platform I would expect straight on business approach..
Thanks, relieving

Quick question - what if they never accept your connection request? Would you still go ahead and pitch through a direct cold message or no?
So you would need an expensive sales navigator on top of using your service?
Thanks.

Ravi, do we should be using copywriting scripts and pre-written copy for pitching?
I find that a lot of my customers name their employees(my contact) so many different titles that it's hard to find the proper contact.
