Nice and compact. Small advice, you could have made the last room longer so that it's door is inside. And I'm wondering why there are no windows on all of the rooms. Other than that, good work.
But i think the builder can make the little adjustments
Exactly windows are required compulsory in every home...
I think the reason why there's no windows on all the rooms is this type of house is they only have a firewall, that's according to the law, building a house is required to have 2 meters on both sides as setback or if not possible, build a firewall. This house shows the sample lot itself, bali sinagad niya yung kunting lupa considering na they provided how much lot is used. So walang setback, kaya ginawang firewall.
Why do you have a giant backyard but no doors or windows leading to it? Not really well thought out

The 2nd bedroom had no windows so I can't say it was a bedroom. Just a large closet to me. If something went wrong outside the room, there would be no escape. Other than that. It's OK.
Boleh request nggak bang ini saya punya tanah ukuran 6x7 meter rencana nya di bawah buat garasi mobi supaya bisa masuk dua mobil dan di atas buat satu kamar tidur dapur dan satu ruang keluarga
Menurut saya tidak pas area loundry di tengah area lantai 2,harusnya area loundry berada di sebelah balcon atau di belakang

Very interesting and attractive house, so I don't mean to be critical!- however, the kitchen is just too small. It needs counter space on which to work and more storage. Plus, I would suffocate in a bedroom without windows and fear the sense of being trapped if there is a fire. There needs to be a way to escape, if even psychologically.
You need more windows! Bedrooms feel claustrophobic without windows.

I would love to have more windows so I can get some fresh air and hit by sunlight specially on sunrise. Probably would be a mini sala instead of laundry area in the 2nd floor. In the dining area I will add a glass door, and then the other side of the kitchen will have open window behind the sink area.
