You could easily add some balcony (or some space to add a bathroom), it would give a little more space to upper bedroom and can be used as shed for garden.
2.3m horizontal (with top landing=0.3m) to rise 3m in height, Staircase riser=0.33m & tread=0.25m dimensions are too stiff to climb for anyone... how's that work out??
Single small bathroom is worrisome in 3 bedroom house specially when all the rooms are not in same storey , it really troublesome to go up and down at the middle of the night and especially if you're sick.

nce design. may ill remodel it a little bit to bring the BR in the 1st floor up to 2nd floor to make 3 BR upstair and may add a little balcony on that room. thanks for this. i love it 👍🏻😍
beautiful animated design. best for a bachelor or two only. 3 b.r. waste. instead of 2 b.d. in first floor one b.d. may be converted as toilet. glass elevation always risky. it will cost rs.3.50 lakhs only for simple construction ignoring all the modern fittings. ordinary cement floor and furnishings and using modern light weight bricks but with strong foundation. anyway the design is so beautiful. no wastage of an inch.
its nice for tiny house the thing i noticed is where the couch is its way to cose easy fix though put floating stairs then that walls gone can put big screen on wall under stairs could even make them out of epoxy barely notice them. if that makes sence i hope

The one thing I think about is what real security protection for individuals or people, families do these houses really have? As far as safety. Or what real security protection/ safety will be designed and added to keep safe?
