Thanks Gina! I bought a cast iron pan last year mainly because I saw so many folks on utube reccomend them. I'm telling you they do make a difference. I know cast iron requires a little more attention for its care but I'm loving my burgers cooked in them. I use that Montreal Steak seasoning too! That stuff is tasty!

I make my burgers just like this! My father taught me how to make them like this year’s ago. He called them, Pool Room burgers. I dice up onions in a small bowl and add mustard. This is a wonderful topping. I can’t stand a tiny hamburger! 🍔
