T4 is smack dab in the middle. T3 is a little less than that. TSH is .3. TSH is always low. Only symptom I have is slight tremors but doctor says its unrelated. He said some people just have low TSH lol

Can CVD occur without high blood pressure even if someone has subclinical hyperthyroidism.

So toxic nodules and thyroiditis can in fact cause low TSH. Good too know now maybe I can calm down a bit

Did you had thyroid ultrasound, if so that will show toxic nodules in thyroid.

I’ve been feeling really terrible for quite some time. I’m 51 and just starting menopause so I thought my symptoms of being excessively hot and sweaty with just simple activities was hot flashes. I have also had stomach and digestive problems, numb and cold feet and hands, feeling exhausted and not sleeping but I have Fibromyalgia which has the same symptoms as well. My heart feels like it’s pounding often with accompanying shortness of breath especially with activity or when feeling upset emotionally. I already have depression but these symptoms have made it even worse with me laying around because of no energy and my limbs feeling weak. I finally went in and told my doctor and he ordered blood tests which just came back with a low TSH and regular but on the lower side of Free T4, and still waiting for a T3 result along with getting checked for Celiac which hasn’t come back yet. My blood pressure at the clinic was 160/110 with a heart rate of 112. I’m hoping that they aren’t going to just leave me like this because I can’t handle much more of feeling like absolute shit. My labs came in to my online chart before the doctor has even seen them so I really hope that I’m going to get some help to figure this out. Between the Menopause symptoms and the Sub acute Hyperthyroidism, I don’t ever feel well enough to even leave the house. When you are constantly sweating with a bright red face and wet hair it just makes you feel so disgusting not to mention feeling like I can’t catch my breath. I just figured that I’m totally out of shape but it’s not normal to feel like this. When I get really upset like when my sister calls me when she’s drinking to argue about politics, I get so upset that I feel like I’m going to have a heart attack and I’m actually gasping for air sometimes. I will no longer take her calls if it’s at a certain time of day because I can’t let myself get that worked up.

@@lisaeischens2352 Hope things are getting better for you Lisa. Have you had your ferritin levels checked? I’ve been experiencing similar symptoms for the past 4 months (rapid heart rate, stomach pain & discomfort, hot, cold hands & feet, shortness of breath, etc.) I was in and out of the ER about 10 times in 3.5 months along with specialists appointments and the doctors would check my blood with a CBC but it always came back normal because they were just checking the basics. My primary care doctor did an in-depth blood panel and it came back showing I have really low ferritin levels, vitamin d, and iron saturation. I’m also seeing another gastroenterologist soon to ask about potentially having a leaky gut. Gut issues can lead to deficiencies and other issues in the body. I’m on a mission to find the root issue of what’s causing the other issues. I’ve cut out gluten and dairy for now and have seen some improvement, but I still have symptoms flare up at times. Hoping to get 100% better and realizing how important it is to advocate for yourself and ask doctors to check certain things. I hope you feel better!
