on the topic of heavy objects. Im a butcher and alot of the older guys tell stories of when they would hit eachother with the iron or a straighter, its called a knife sharping iron. you can get them for fairly cheap and they come in all different shape and sizes, I have a dimond one that has a really rough feel to it. I am just worrying how effective a sharping iron would on flesh and of course as a self defense weapon/tool.
