    I am glad you're enjoying the video...! I know it sometimes looks kind a weird, but when you actually DO the exercise it feels SO good in the body... :-)
    Be aware that some of these positions may be too much of a strain if you have knee issues. But even if you do it more gently it can have the effect of bringing you back to earth!

    I have such bad chronic anxiety and ongoing worry. Going to do this and your other exercises.. I need to help myself heal, it's so hard to constantly be in fight or flight. Looks like a merengue dance there..

    Love the video! Just be careful when kicking, so that you don't hyperextend the knee.

    Grounding the energy // how
    - Stomp feet and breath through the mouth, going from a high to low/gravity pace. Do it as you feel like. "Vibrate the world around you".
    - Shake by tapping your heels into the ground.
    - Shake your feet and make sounds to release your energy.
    - Kick and make sounds.
    - Standing, close your eyes and with your hands bring consciousness to recognize each part of you. Move whilst being on your feet. "Enjoy you aliveness. These are your roots. When your foundation is strong you can build anything in life".
    Breathe and feel gratitude. Feel the presence of Mother Earth. Your feet reach the earth, just like trees do.
