15 minutes in and you just described me... "Messy and not looking like much at the moment". 😂😂. I woke up about 45 minutes ago with anxiety- related chest pain as I do pretty much every morning and I'm sitting on the bed waiting for the medication to kick in (...and no, nothing happened yesterday, no nightmares, and there's nothing scheduled for today). Point being, honey, I get you and you are not alone. Great vid, honestly, and very inspiring. I completely finished a journal I've been making for a friend the other day by pulling from a box of ephemera I'd made over the past months and these little clusters will be perfect to replenish that box, so I thank you! Tracie, these clusters are brilliant!!! I’m going to get my scraps out and see what I can come up with too. I’m sorry you live with anxiety sweetie. I’m 65 and don’t remember a time I haven’t had anxiety, panic attacks, and triggers that take me there. I don’t know why I suffer so much with it. I can’t find a starting point. I’ve learned over the years how to deal with them pretty well, but sometimes, they still get the best of me. I wish you peace, strength, mojo, and happiness girl!❤

When people are anxious about something and go ahead anyway with the project, that is the deepest, strongest kind of bravery. Don't put yourself down for being anxious; celebrate doing it!
@@TracieFoxCreative anxiety comes and goes depending on a variety of factors. I'm diagnosed with it and treated people with it when I was a psychotherapist. It can be managed without meds many times thru a variety of techniques. You might want to Google how to manage it for some tips.
We do tend to be our own worst enemies sometimes and get caught up in our heads too much! I completely understand, but I hope you know that whatever you take the time to post is appreciated and welcomed. I always learn something from you, even if you’re not making something “new”. You did an amazing job despite your discomfort. Your clusters turned out beautifully ❤ I immediately fell in love with the tiny butterflies but they are all the same in that digi kit, sooo... I used your lovely Mini Fussy cut set and printed them 4 to a page... I got a little carried away and now have hundreds of tiny butterflies in a very nice variety of shapes. Thank you for sharing yourself with us and I hope you're feeling better already 😊

Having anxiety I totally understand how you feel. I think that starting back slowly is the way to go, though. I asometimes forget how fun clusters are to make, so thank you for the reminder. I plan to make some tonight. They are handy to have in the stash.
I could never create videos - I’d fumble around with lack of confidence then delete it without uploading. You did fine! I’d love to see your haul as I’m always interested in keeping watch for different things in my shops. ❤
