Happy 35th wedding anniversary, we have used our caravan to visit friends previously. Hotels can be expensive as you say. Hope you enjoyed the 80's weekend.
Hi Mark. Thanks we had a great weekend. It was St Pats weekend so the hotels in Blackpool were 3 times the normal price😵. Saved a lot of dosh going to Pipers Height. Thanks again P&J👍🙂
Congratulations to you both. We used the caravan as a stopover when we went to a party not that far from us, but far enough to make a taxi or bed and breakfast, or a combination of the two very expensive. A CL site within walking distance of the party was ideal and cheap. I hasten to add, the alcohol made it a longer walk back to the site😂
Thanks so much. I like the idea of using after a party especially if the wine is thrown in too. B&Bs plus taxi's are getting more expensive so it can be a great saving all round. Thanks again P&J👍🙂

At least one a year me my brother and my nephew go on a golfing weekend and book in at the local site and take the caravan,play golf,have a few drinks and just a good catch up and it's always nice to see if we can survive without the ladies 😂😂
Thanks Steve. Thats a great idea. A few weeks ago I was allowed out with the van. I met up with 2 other lads who have youtube channels. We just had a laugh, drank wine and ate a lot. Enjoyed it so much that it will be an annual trip from now on. Cheers Phil👍🙂
Happy Anniversary, I use my caravan for EXERCISE, it took a lot of effort cleaning the dreaded green mouldy stuff off 🥵👍.

If I had a big enough driveway I would use it as my office.
I plan to use mine in the future for golf ⛳️ trips around the UK 🇬🇧

Great idea guys ,2 years ago we booked into a site up in Falkirk for my cousins wedding which was near by . A lot cheaper than booking hotel . We booked a taxi which was only £10 each way for the wedding , ❤️❤️

We’ve a wedding to go to and see the family. It’s going to saving us a few hundred quid. Caravan will probably be more relaxing.

Our daughter is studying at Hull University, and has a part-time job in Beverley so we like to stay a the Blue Rose Country Park East Yorkshire so we can visit her and spend some time together.
Hi Glen Alfie and Family have moved more north so the Caravan will be used on visits as their house is not as big plus we like our privacy. Thanks for sharing P&J👍🙂
Happy wedding anniversary to you both 👍🏻. We take ours an hour up the road to Dunbar for a couple of nites in August every year for Edinburgh Fringe.
The cost of ANY hotel is shocking in Edinburgh that month so Belhaven Bay Caravan Park is a great way of doing it.
From Dunbar 15mins on a train straight into Waverley Station, and it’s a fantastic site for that reason . The trains to and from run every half hour, so it’s a no brainer for us now and 90% of the people you see on site, you see them on the train as well. There is a club site on outskirts of Edinburgh to but we love Dunbar, a nice harbour with some good wee pubs. What more do you need !.

It’s never that bad, as you know the fringe is on for the month of August so you can weekend it or sneak a mid week break.
We’ve never been stuck for dates, but definitely well worth it !!

Happy 35th wedding anniversary to you both 🥂. Our downloads for this caravan season are mostly 80’s music but aha ! Gail has a new CD ready for our next trip and she can’t wait to play it 😁. I use mine to live in during the summer months, I suppose you could call it a holiday, take this year I'll be leaving next month to tour Europe (France, Spain, Italy and Croatia this year) for 3 months then coming back here and touring the South coast until the end of September
