I'm trying to grow papaya, but find it difficult. My soil is sandy. Can you advise me? If possible can I have some of your seed to try?
Buy a papaya at the fruit shop and keep the seed. You can plant it anywhere where it is not freezing cold in Winter. The plant likes the sun - and the tempreture above +5 degrees Celsius in Winter. Enough water and sun shine.

You can buy a papaya and when you cut it there would be a bunch of seeds in side
I worked with papayas before and if you want to plant them you should:
plant 2 seeds in the same hole
Papaya needs alot of water
When it statrs to get bigger the bottom leaves will be one bigger and you need to cut (with your hand with gloves on) some of the bottom leaves up because papayas need sun to grow and the leaves will be covering it
