This was a blind buy for me and must say it's the best blind buy that I ever bought. it's a beast and I love wearing it during summer, always get asked what I'm wearing.
What does it smell like or is it unique
You must be in the middle east/india/pakistan area i’m guessing? I visited pakistan and mancera hindu kush smells like a high class play on what people were wearing there. However in america hindu kush comes off a bit strong and what people associate with smoke shops. I wouldn’t recommend it in western societies in warm weather, but this really shines in the snow. I’ve gotten borderline shamed for wearing it in warmish weather, but it draws compliments in the cold. Almost draws people towards me in the snow

The cannabis is there, but without any of the skunk that typically comes with the cannabis. It comes off as an herbal note. Love this one and agree that can be used year round (mostly evenings in high heat).
Is there a fragrance that has that skunk note that resinous smell?
Maik Jansen Not too sure, I heard there might be, but Forgot what it was. Nasomatto’s Black Afgano has a bit of funk from the Oud, but I wouldn’t call it skunky, and it is resinous. Might be similar to what you’re looking for, I’d say maybe pick up a decant or sample to test it out.
I have this one. I don't get cannabis from it (and I would know). However my coworker did get cannabis from it (she would also know). Take that for whatever it's worth. I've gotten great compliments on this. Mostly in cooler weather.
Funfact there is a small town called "mansehra" in Pakistan n mountain called "hindukush" in Afghanistan.
Its not a mountain, in fact the gindu kush valley stretches from afghaniatan almost to he border of china. 800km stretch, thats why we have both afghani kush and pakistani kush bpth very different strains but very similar at the same time. Pakistani kush offers a higher concentration of cbd than the afghani kush, the more you know ;)
@@zcalex7660 its Hindu kush from India and Afgan kush from Afganistan. i perfer Hindu. thiese are considered landrace strains that appear naturally in the region
@@RedMartyr Hindu Kush stretches from Afghanistan to India. Also those two words came from Dari.
Hindu Kush was a fragrance where I liked it , but found it just a little odd and didn't think I would want a bottle. After sampling it 5-6 times I think it's bottle worthy (at discounted price). Each time I wore it I liked it more and more.

I get mixed reaction from people (some of them really love it, other gave me indirect reaction by saying "from where this smell of spice came😁")
But it is really noticeble by people when I enter a room
What I get most from it, is linden tree flower, actually surprised that nobody mentions it. When I was a kid I had to drink tea from linden tree flowers with honey for the cold and scratchy throat-needless to say, I really hated it, but the fragrance smells great
Hindu kuch is a mountain range... all three mountain ranges i.e, Karakuram , Himalayas and Hindu kush meet at one single place in Pakistan northern areas.

Which mancera fragrances do you have? I bought cedrat boise & Aoud Vanille both blind buys. I don't regret either. Cedrat boise has taken over from Creed Aventus. So much so I haven't replaced Aventus like I did religiously since it came out.

Is Az Creed Aventus batches are inconsistent and now they’re been bought out.
Is Az that’s a hard one. I love them all. I’m going to lean more to Gold intensive. It was love at first sniff

Real Kush Bud smells Piney- depending on the strain sometimes it smells a little mintier, sometimes coffee, and sometimes Lime.

It's also the name of a strain of cannabis an indica strain I believe.
Its a mountain “range” stretching through Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan and China.

Hindukush is the mountain range, which you had to cross to get to the Hindustan/India (now India,Pakistan).
I’m wearing this fragrance right now. This is an incredibly accurate review. It is a very hard fragrance to nail down but you managed it very well. I really like it and I do think you could wear this in the summer. I’m not sure why but I keep getting this Giorgio Beverly Hills vibe. It makes zero sense but there it is.
How is it vs cedrat noise?
@@ivantrudeau8974, it is very different too cedrat boise. Hindu Kush has a serious patchouli and resinous green note Not for everyone. I would get a tester first…it’s an unusual fragrance.
@@ivantrudeau8974manceras leathers are weird on my skin and end up drying down to a gasoline note. Cedrat bois and the intense version is just a little played out and too mainstream to my nose. Still a great fragrance but not for me. I prefer Hindu Kush but it’s a just very different fragrance. Hindu Kush id consider a versatile oriental type scent. You’d have to sample both to know what you like for sure

Hindu Kush is not a strain of Cannabis, it’s a mountain range of the Himalayas (where Lord Shiva smoked Cannabis according to Hindu Mythology).
It is actually a strain named after the mountain range where it originated from.
Its also a strain of marijuana, one of my favourites 😉

Carolina Herrera- Party Fever is best cologne so far when it comes to cannabis note. You recommend it and I thank you for that!!😎👌. I get a tons of compliments especially during the summer and when I travel abroad. I would hate to buy a cologne that would make me smell like a ashtray and there is a lot of them out there especially niche ones, that's why I only stick to Party Fever!

I personally love wearing this. I have days that I crave wearing this Fragrance, but I dont feel that it smells that much like Cannabis. To me it's just a very green Fragrance. Everytime I've worn this I get something different., sometimes I get incense at others and most of the time the Patchouli. Love it🔥❤❤

got this as a gift, was scared to try especially looking at the notes and in the high heat, BUT I love it. doesn't smell anything like Fragrantica said, it's quite pleasant. the trick to using it in summer is just 2 sprays under arms. don't spray on exposed skin or near nose. I think I can also control the intensity of sprays by pressing a little only. people say it's not formal, but I think it is perfect for Indian / Pakistani weddings

This is one of those colognes where one spray is enough. It’s definitely unique, it’s like a more approachable interlude man, with a tiny touch of reflection man

Red tobacco and cedrat boise is my fav from the line. I bought Aoud lemon mint based on your wife liking it. Dry down to me is most important. Would be interested in a review with your wife on instant crush. Massive hype on that one.

upon having bought '' instant crush '' and '' Hindu Kush ''. I was disappointed with Hindu Kush. Not strong enough and longevity is medium. Where as on the '' instant crush '' more bang for your buck. Instant crush A WINNER. Disappointed with Hindu Kush, especially considering that it was a MANCERA products. One always expects longevity. Only with instant crush out of the two.

Just pulled the trigger on this one,,, 120ml for £54 on eBay due to it having a “damaged” box,,, when I received it there was slight scuffs on one corner of the box,,, result for me, fantastic frag, great review Ash. 🤘🤘
The only designer cannabis frag I can think of is Azzaro Club and from what I've heard, the cannabis note in it isn't very strong.

I don't know why they marketed this as the cannabis strain and not the geographic region it's named for, because the scent reminds me much more of a cool breeze wafting through mountains of dense green forests and less like the stickiest of the icky.

It doesn't matter if its beast mode. This is totally a personal choice. This perfume smells like pain relief balm. Not for me. Very strange smell. Try a decant before you blind buy.

I was debating Cedrat Boise or Hindu Kush and I went Cedrat last week. Where was this video to help me with my choice lol
You are MUCH better off with Cedrat Boise. This one is just not an easy offering. It's absolutely one of those that you'd really have to have some certain scenerio wherein you could wear it, and you'd be wearing it for YOU. Cedrat is much more wearable, and one that others will enjoy off of you. MY opinion. I'm also not really into the super challenging, "off" scents - skanky ouds, etc. I would definitely sample it.

I can definitely see your point, CB seems to be more mass-appealing. Hindu Kush offers something different to my collection, which I really enjoy. Nice to see your view on it tho, cheers.
