This is a bold statement but I'm going to say it. A-Train has one of the best redemption arcs in TV history. Every scene he had since Season 3, had been slowly laying the building blocks to set him up for this arc in Season 4. He was already one of my favourites, but this season cemented him as my favourite character in the show.
Definitely. Even in season 3 he was despicable at times but looking back at it now they were definitely building to his redemption. They took one of the worst characters and made his redemption the heart of the season. Even with alot of the writing issues this season had at times that was incredible writing. Still sad we didn’t get to see him vs homelander.
Another great chatacter moment for me was the fact that A-Train came back for Ashley after outing himself at the leak. He didnt have to, he could've just fled but he took the time to come back and give her to option to come with him.
I love ashleys character and her and A-Trains dynamic this season, shes become one of my favourites over the run of the show. Was sad to see her not pick A-Train up on his offer. I hope she makes it through the final season

No one can take it if Homelander was around the Vought tower... At that time, Homelander was "visiting" the sicientist who "raised" him and that was the *ONLY CHANCE* for someone to get into his apartment...
On top of that,Homelander literally has super hearing. Why doesn’t he hear A-train and Ashley talk about him being the leak and going back his back to be an informant for the Boys? Literally Starlight had to use the speakers when talking to Supersonic so Homelander couldn’t hear them talking about them secretly trying to team up and take down him
It's crazy that sage knew A-train was the leak.. even after Ashley was able to redirect the leads to a scapegoat, she was able to make the plan still work out.. she definitely plays the game like chess.
I like how Ashlee actually treated atrain like a friend because she understood his situation better than anyone and in the end he does try and save her but who knows what’s gonna happen now with her v’d up

ATLA exists. There the redemption arc is a lot better fledged out mainly since it got more attention and time.
