Can You Beat OMNO Without Using Any Abilities?

Omno is a great game, one of my personal favorites of 2022/2023. So how about I ruin it for myself, as per usual around here.
Rules
1: Don't use abilities (Dashes, Surfing, Teleportation, Gliding)
2: No glitches/warping
And that's it. :)
