This cello sounds so 'present' and natural. Would be inspiring to add melody lines to my piano pieces.

Sounds solicit and authentic. I‘d feature this cello as a solo instrument in a sad, slow ballad that pictures a city that has been destroyed by war.
Love the timbre and legato of the instrument - great for lyrical stuff!
This seems like the ideal library for intimate scores, full of detail and expression.

The name says it all. It's for intimate, melodic stuff, probably in a smaller room with a smaller sized accompaniment. I would use it in that context.

very nice vibrato, it's great to layer a solo instruments with an ensemble patch in a section that needs a lot of definition from the ensemble, this way you don't have to remove too much room mic and ambiance.

Sounds nice, could see making use of instrument for exactly what you said it seems best suited for, solo or small ensemble pieces that have a slow sweeping melodic cello line.
Definitely would consider this for a cello leader for section patch as well as for melodic solo passages!

I was looking forward to this video! This Cello sounds so beautiful, I think Sonixinema did a fantastic job to capture a natural and emotional tone. The legato sounds amazing and I especially like that there is a rebowing function too. That is so helpful to make certain melody lines work much better and I hope other solo string instruments will also include this function from now on. I also love that this Cello is suited for slower, melancholic playing. I would love to use this Cello to write lots of emotional Piano and Cello focused pieces. I can't express how happy I would be to win this one. The Cello is my favorite instrument besides the Piano and I don't have any solo string library yet, so it is exactly what I'm missing. I would just buy it right away, but even with this fair price I'm struggling at the moment and can't really afford it. Thank you for your great review, Chris! :)

Sounds great! I'm missing a good solo cello for practicing on film score mockups. Bought a few books via Omni Music and Chris Siddall, but hit the occasional roadblock.

It sounds great. I think the legato is a little choppy compared to the Tina Guo. I don't think it would replace my Tina in my current setup, it's too similar but not quite as smooth as the Tina.
Don't have solo strings for mockups to this could be a good addition :P
