The reason why I get bullied at school is because I LOVE to read and all of the people in my class don't and they think that if you want to be cool you have got to put the books down. Eventually in every new school i went(my family was moving a lot) i would be the target for bullying because i was looking too weak. I grew older and i got stronger but i still had 1% confidence :( After all those years of suffering i got into art school where i could find better people and werdos like me but the lack of confidence made me have 0 friends. People would like me but they would think i don't want any friends because i don't talk. I just never went out for partys i was just playing games all the time and at school i was just drawing and chatting here and there with a one shy girl like me. At age of 17 i found the most important person in my life who pulled me out of all of this and gave me my new life. My amazing boyfriend :D Now i'm confident 20 years old girl who is trying to be a good artist along with the love of my life. And i think my past is a big and important part of me. I don't feel sorry for what happened because, i made it right? It made me stronger and made me keep that anger inside to never be bullied ever again.

I used to get bullied a lot in school, there were two girls that said they wanted to be my friend, so we hung out a lot and then after a few weeks, they started bullying me and I didn't know why because we were friends, so till now I don't have friends and also this is why I love being by myself and away from other people, it's just safer that way

I have been bullied so many times before and cyber bullied it hurts so much and I got through it and if your being bullied right now you will get through it tell someone about it. And I have also helped friends get out of bullying/ cyber bullying and if you see someone getting bullied help them you will not regret it.

i remember reaching out to this girl in the toilets when i was in 6th form and i was gaining a lot more Confidence than i used to have. It was round about seventeen to eighteen i was finally answering bullies back and about having my own comebacks but anyway i was in the 6th form centre doing something in my bag and somebody came in saying so and so's crying in the toilets. And this girl they said her name had made her cry. I just remember feeling so mad, i gave that person a look who had just come out with that comment and went to this girl and of course she wouldn't open the door but i was there amongst friends of hers trying to get her to come out. When she came out, you could see she had been crying and was very snotty but after that moment i developed a friendship with her and she became a best friend and i began using my voice as a way to stick up for her and basically telling others to go do one. When the tables were turned on her challenging her to do something, id turn them back around and i just would not let any one exploit her
They dont!! The stupid thing is they dont!! My Mom used to say to me where's your friends when this is happening? Dont they stick up for you? (I got bullied too) And i'd say no, so my Mom was at a loss of what to suggest to say to help. What happens is, these bully type girls not only drive fear in you they drive fear in other people in the school so if one speaks out and tells a teacher they would come down harder on them for that. Its all about power and who can dominate, who - i hate to say it and if you look like a normal everyday girl who wants to do well in school they target you. Stupid thing is, you almost pick a side when you go to school and its whether you get accepted into the popular crowd - there's always going to be a popular crowd or you use the teachers as your protection.... the first time someone ever does something to you even if you loose you've gotta fight back. Oh yes i admit too when i was at school there were alot of boys and girls bigger and stronger than me and you feel quite intimidated by them, id get hit by boys too. Just like Demi i had a simular experience when girls in the school were running after me. I cant remember why. I was in the 2nd yr of high school and i remember running to the yr 10 toilets trying to hide. I hid behind the one toilet door and my legs were shaking because i knew they were going to get me and im talking about girls who were twice my height and build here but then i noticed that above the sink there was a gap missing in the tiles and i managed (as i always pride telling people i was a gymnast to get myself into small spaces) so i got myself into this hole and i crouched down in the corner in the celing, to hide. It was when i was up there fourtunately for me these girls came in. I remember watching them, and the one girl was very tall but also very well built and she had her hair scraped back into a tight bun. Her name was Becky and she was ordering the other girls around. Her first demand was to bang all the doors shut so if i was hiding they would have found me and hurt just by the door, when i wasn't to be found I heard her yelling that she saw me coming this way and she didn't understand why i wasn't here. When they left, i did wait for a little longer to make sure that when i came down and out the toilet door that they were no where near me and looking back i thanked the lord or someone for not fixing the celing so i had a spot to hide and get away and that either of them thought to look up. In my first school i was voilently attacked and there was no hiding. The girl climbed over the toilet that was next to me and jumped into my cubicle and began attacking me from inside what i thought was my safe space. She kicked at the door, broke it down and i just remember her grabbing my tie and hitting the floor. People say to fight back but how can you when someone is flying at you with high speed and they are stronger than you and they take you so quickly so suddenly by surprise you havent got enough chance to think. Fourtunately for me a dinner lady found me and she is friends with my Mom and she grabbed this Emma off me. She went to bat for me over this, nearly loosing her job over it but i was ever so much thankful for her enormus support that i recieved from her

I was bullied since I was 7, I have an anxiety disorder my mom pulled me out, when I went back it got worse, then we moved and it got way worse, I would go home and cry, scream, throw stuff, I'd get mad at my family, I'd hurt myself, I'd skip school. Now I don't talk to ppl, I keep quiet and only have 1 friend. School doesn't do anything about bullies. I told adults they just talked to kids it never helped. Now I don't sleep at night sometimes I only get 2 hours asleep with in 48 hours. I wanna go to college for acting but I don't think they will want me becuase of this. I miss so much school, i am on different meds, I am currently looking for a reason on why I have this disorder and how to help make it better. Kids don't know what they do to others. . I got bullied a week or two ago for an Ashtma attack. An asthma attack. Other then that becuz we moved I hardly get bullied. I wanna talk to ppl but my brain tells me if I do I will get bullied again. I have nightmares that scare me about bullying. Please don't bully!! It lasts forever!!

I have been not only cyber bullied but also chased home called names like "White bitch" and all that by people who didn't even go to my school. I had no friends up until my second year of high school, I would sit with kids who were new or sat alone because I knew exactly what it was like to be that person and to be bullied for it. I was always quiet, would write my books if we didn't have anything to do. And still got tormented because of it. I remember getting hit with hard objects while picking my brother up from his elementary school. Just years and years of bullying for the littlest things. I grew so self-conscious that I can barely wear a dress in public without the thought of someone saying something. I had to drop out of high school after failing the 9th grade three times, for all different reasons. It was being bullied at school to having to take care of my younger siblings when I was just 14. I had to grow up pretty fast, my parents nor family were ever really there. So I feel for Demi, she is an inspiration to a lot and I understand why. Though in the 20 years I have lived I have been through hell and back, still through hell, but being a witness to what my parents put me and my siblings through, I have never touched a pill, scared to take Motrin also. For the fear of turning into them. They way I coped wth it all was through writing. And I have written and published 15 books because of it. It's what I love to do and I love it. I have a future ahead of me. That's why people like Demi and Eminem are great role models and inspirations. Much love.

I'm not gonna lie, I have a been a bully and bullied..well..the other way around. I just used to hate it when people picked on me so I started being so rude to everyone and I lived schools in 4th grade and for some reason the mean me followed me there. it was really hard to make friends but I managed to make 3 friends in that grade. But in 7th grade I lost all of them because they turned on me after I told them that I was cutting and that I needed help. They didn't care so I thought I was alone. But a few weeks later one of my best friends from my old school moved to my new school and we are still friends to this day, we've been friends for 8 years. I still get sad about those old friends and I still cut and cry but Im just hoping that some day in the future it will get better. The only thing I would want is for just one person even if I don't know them, to say to me, "hey,are you alright?" It would make my day if someone just asked me that and would be there for me.

I girl called me out in front of the whole class assuming I was talking behind her back when I wasn’t and her friends were just laughing at me and it’s one of the worst feelings ever.... I know what you also mean about how bystanders should help and no one helped me and throughout high school cuz of that I did feel really lonely and even at one point depressed but I am now past that going to nursing school and with the love of my life who saved me from everything ❤️

I used to be bullied a lot for what i looked like so i tried killing myself a few times and i cut my wrists bu the bullying wouldnt stop untill 7th where i moved again but got many friends and havent got bullied since hopefully when i go to highschool next year nothing happens and if i see someone get bullied i would stand up for them Love u demi💜

I have rarely been bullied. Oh they've tried. And gave up trying to bully me. It must be my stare-back. Whenever they first come at me, I do not shy away. My eyes show no fear. Inside my heart's pounding. No one knows it. haha

i remember reaching out to this girl in the toilets when i was in 6th form and i was gaining a lot more Confidence than i used to have. It was round about seventeen to eighteen i was finally answering bullies back and about having my own comebacks but anyway i was in the 6th form centre doing something in my bag and somebody came in saying so and so's crying in the toilets. And this girl they said her name had made her cry. I just remember feeling so mad, i gave that person a look who had just come out with that comment and went to this girl and of course she wouldn't open the door but i was there amongst friends of hers trying to get her to come out. When she came out, you could see she had been crying and was very snotty but after that moment i developed a friendship with her and she became a best friend and i began using my voice as a way to stick up for her and basically telling others to go do one. When the tables were turned on her challenging her to do something, id turn them back around and i just would not let any one exploit her
They dont!! The stupid thing is they dont!! My Mom used to say to me where's your friends when this is happening? Dont they stick up for you? (I got bullied too) And i'd say no, so my Mom was at a loss of what to suggest to say to help.
What happens is, these bully type girls not only drive fear in you they drive fear in other people in the school so if one speaks out and tells a teacher they would come down harder on them for that. Its all about power and who can dominate, who - i hate to say it and if you look like a normal everyday girl who wants to do well in school they target you. Stupid thing is, you almost pick a side when you go to school and its whether you get accepted into the popular crowd - there's always going to be a popular crowd or you use the teachers as your protection.... the first time someone ever does something to you even if you loose you've gotta fight back. Oh yes i admit too when i was at school there were alot of boys and girls bigger and stronger than me and you feel quite intimidated by them, id get hit by boys too.
Just like Demi i had a simular experience when girls in the school were running after me. I cant remember why. I was in the 2nd yr of high school and i remember running to the yr 10 toilets trying to hide. I hid behind the one toilet door and my legs were shaking because i knew they were going to get me and im talking about girls who were twice my height and build here but then i noticed that above the sink there was a gap missing in the tiles and i managed (as i always pride telling people i was a gymnast to get myself into small spaces) so i got myself into this hole and i crouched down in the corner in the celing, to hide. It was when i was up there fourtunately for me these girls came in. I remember watching them, and the one girl was very tall but also very well built and she had her hair scraped back into a tight bun. Her name was Becky and she was ordering the other girls around. Her first demand was to bang all the doors shut so if i was hiding they would have found me and hurt just by the door, when i wasn't to be found I heard her yelling that she saw me coming this way and she didn't understand why i wasn't here. When they left, i did wait for a little longer to make sure that when i came down and out the toilet door that they were no where near me and looking back i thanked the lord or someone for not fixing the celing so i had a spot to hide and get away and that either of them thought to look up. In my first school i was voilently attacked and there was no hiding. The girl climbed over the toilet that was next to me and jumped into my cubicle and began attacking me from inside what i thought was my safe space. She kicked at the door, broke it down and i just remember her grabbing my tie and hitting the floor. People say to fight back but how can you when someone is flying at you with high speed and they are stronger than you and they take you so quickly so suddenly by surprise you havent got enough chance to think. Fourtunately for me a dinner lady found me and she is friends with my Mom and she grabbed this Emma off me. She went to bat for me over this, nearly loosing her job over it but i was ever so much thankful for her enormus support that i recieved from her

I was bullied since I was 7, I have an anxiety disorder my mom pulled me out, when I went back it got worse, then we moved and it got way worse, I would go home and cry, scream, throw stuff, I'd get mad at my family, I'd hurt myself, I'd skip school. Now I don't talk to ppl, I keep quiet and only have 1 friend. School doesn't do anything about bullies. I told adults they just talked to kids it never helped. Now I don't sleep at night sometimes I only get 2 hours asleep with in 48 hours. I wanna go to college for acting but I don't think they will want me becuase of this. I miss so much school, i am on different meds, I am currently looking for a reason on why I have this disorder and how to help make it better. Kids don't know what they do to others. . I got bullied a week or two ago for an Ashtma attack. An asthma attack. Other then that becuz we moved I hardly get bullied. I wanna talk to ppl but my brain tells me if I do I will get bullied again. I have nightmares that scare me about bullying. Please don't bully!! It lasts forever!!

She is strong. My entire school life has been nothing but being bullied and tormented by others. I have been not only cyber bullied but also chased home called names like "White bitch" and all that by people who didn't even go to my school. I had no friends up until my second year of high school, I would sit with kids who were new or sat alone because I knew exactly what it was like to be that person and to be bullied for it. I was always quiet, would write my books if we didn't have anything to do. And still got tormented because of it. I remember getting hit with hard objects while picking my brother up from his elementary school. Just years and years of bullying for the littlest things. I grew so self-conscious that I can barely wear a dress in public without the thought of someone saying something. I had to drop out of high school after failing the 9th grade three times, for all different reasons. It was being bullied at school to having to take care of my younger siblings when I was just 14. I had to grow up pretty fast, my parents nor family were ever really there.
So I feel for Demi, she is an inspiration to a lot and I understand why.
Though in the 20 years I have lived I have been through hell and back, still through hell, but being a witness to what my parents put me and my siblings through, I have never touched a pill, scared to take Motrin also. For the fear of turning into them.
They way I coped wth it all was through writing.
And I have written and published 15 books because of it.
It's what I love to do and I love it.
I have a future ahead of me.

Aimee C Demi used to bully people. I've talked to teachers of hers that said that she would torment people and that she was a huge bully. the only time she was ever even close to bullied is when everyone had enough of her being mean and wouldn't talk to her. She made it all up.

last year in the beginning of the year. I met this girl and me being me I waved and Inroduced myself... this girl is now my best friend and she has helped me with so much, from school work to not cutting to being postive.. I'm very happy I met her, without her I probably would be dead
I'm not gonna lie, I have a been a bully and bullied..well..the other way around. I just used to hate it when people picked on me so I started being so rude to everyone and I lived schools in 4th grade and for some reason the mean me followed me there. it was really hard to make friends but I managed to make 3 friends in that grade. But in 7th grade I lost all of them because they turned on me after I told them that I was cutting and that I needed help. They didn't care so I thought I was alone. But a few weeks later one of my best friends from my old school moved to my new school and we are still friends to this day, we've been friends for 8 years. I still get sad about those old friends and I still cut and cry but Im just hoping that some day in the future it will get better. The only thing I would want is for just one person even if I don't know them, to say to me, "hey,are you alright?" It would make my day if someone just asked me that and would be there for me.
this is what I go through but I have no friends that are standing up for me I think: no one is perfect not even God was but you should not be a bully and you need to stand up for other people being bullied don't be a bully make a difference stand up for what you like do not make a person upset make an uprise. stand up for yourself and others who are being bullied.
