Giving Truck Drivers a Bad name

This guy has been breaking every rule in the book for years. The city doesnt allow delivery's at high noon because it seriously blocks traffic. You cannot block a fire hydrant OR a cross walk. He also turned around in a private parking lot after the owner told him not to due to soft spots. This must be our new generation of "professional" drivers that care less about rules.
