Nizuc Resort & Spa Oceanview Suite with Pool Walkthrough & Review in Cancun Mexico

TheSweetSuites hotel room walkthrough and review of the Nizuc Resort & Spa’s Oceanview Suite with pool in Cancun / Riviera Maya Mexico on 07/04/2023.
Note that overall this stay left a lot to be desired (not mentioned in video as I discovered this after shooting it)
* Took forever to check in / get my room (despite checking in well after 5pm)
* They didn’t honor the room I bought or the Amex upgrade perk and charged me for an upgrade
* Room wasn’t as cold as I like it (AC wouldn’t drop below 72 degrees)
* Despite being on floor 4, insects/ants in the room
I’d give them another shot because everything else was good and their location relative to airport is great BUT I wanted to call this out as a heads up.
